i started at her aimlessly wanting to say something out of line, my blood boiling from watching her stand in this man's house and have the audacity to say as much as hi.
"why are you here....?" i asked staring at manny as i opened my mouth to say something else he cut me off
"eilish you can't control where she goes...she does work for me after all" he said with a smug look on his face.
don't get my wrong i respect manny, we been friends for longer than i can remember but he knows i have a little something for this girl and didn't even think about how this would make me feel. not that i feel anything judging by my cold careless little heart but you get my fucking point.
"you're right i don't and as for you" i looked in her direction "let's go."
"you don't own me, you barely even know me"
"that's not what I asked. let's go." i said with gritted teeth. she rolled her eyes as she looked between me and manny, huffing when she gave in and walked to the door to put on her shoes.
holding her small hand out "give me the keys" she said pouting. i gave her the keys and she walked out to the car turning it on and sitting in the passenger seat waiting.
i looked back over at manny.
"why is she with you? i get you're her boss and all but doesn't that seem kinda unprofessional...." i said crossing my arms,
"i was just talking to her about some business stuff with the club and her job bil, no big deal. i know you've had your eye on her for quite someone time...." he says knowing i looked into the girl way before she even knew i existed but she doesn't need to know that. nor do i plan on telling her.
"yeah whatever. ima go handle my 'business' i'll hit you up later", i dapped him up real quick before walking out the door to my car when it came to my attention that she gorgeous girl in my passenger seat had fallen asleep.
i hope she doesn't mind coming home with me for a little.....
