YOU would expect a girl named Solaris Illume to be a ray of sunshine; you would expect her smile to be able to light up a room. Ultimately you'd be wrong. Solaris wasn't a bitch per say— well, she wasn't a bitch according to herself and her two best friends, okay well, she wasn't a bitch according to Scott. But this isn't about him . . . for right now at least. Back to the topic at hand, okay, so maybe Solaris is a bit of a bitch, but it wasn't like she had good reason to! She doesn't have the usual sob story— well, she does; her parents died in a tragic "accident" and she was left in the care of her dick uncle.
SO you really couldn't blame Solaris as to why she was a miserable bitch all the time. All she had was herself, yeah she had Scott and Stiles, too, but at the end of each day, she went home to that same empty house on top of the same lonely hill, while Scott went home to a mother that adored him and Stiles goes home to a father that works like hell to ensure his son has everything he could possibly need. While she was all alone, ordering takeout for the fifth time that week? Oh, and she was helplessly in love with her best friend; she thought her sophomore year would be her year, the year where she could finally confess how she felt; that was until a new girl stole Scott's eyes and heart.
SO yeah, Solaris was a bitch. And she's more of a bitcher bitch now that the only boy she ever loved has googly eyes for a girl that's not her. And she's more of a bitcher bitch that bitches because said boy and Stiles dragged her out into the middle of the woods where she got bit by a—werewolf? And now, the three are thrown into the supernatural world where they don't belong. So yeah, Solaris was a bitch.
