"they better be glad i have to come to this damn game" i said to myself as i was driving through the paycor stadium trying to find a parking spot.
the bengals had their first official game of the season and since my brother is the wide receiver, i had to come. if it was up to me, i would be in detroit right now watching my team, the philadelphia eagles, beat the lions.
now your probably wondering why i'm from philly and my brother is from louisiana. well the answer is pretty simple. i'm from philly because my parents lived there at the time, but when my dad died, my mom, who was seven months pregnant with jamarr at the time, wanted to restart and so we moved to louisiana and that's where my brother was born. but once i hit seventeen, me and my best friend, madelyn, moved to philly and i've been there ever since.
once i found a parking spot, i turned my car off, got out my car and made my way toward the stadium.
after about 10 minutes i finally found my seats, which was right beside my moms seat
"hey ma" i said out of breath sitting down.
"hey baby" she said kissing my forehead "how was the flight?" she asked referring to the flight from philly to here
"it was alright" i sighed out
"ouuu you look cute" my older sister, taniyah said looking at my fit. i was wearing a black crop top with strings that had jamarrs #1 printed on it, black leather pants, and black and orange jordan 1's.
"aww thank you sissy" i said running my hands through my long silk press. i was about to say something else but was cut off by the bengals players running out on the field, indicating that the game was starting
"they better win this too" i mumbled since i was still mad about missing the eagles game.
"be nice and support your brother" my mom said hitting my arm as i playfully rolled my eyes. i pulled my phone out so i could keep up with the eagles vs the lions.
"now that's just wrong" my sister said laughing at me
"well" i shrugged. _______
