"madelyn come on we gonna be late" i whined at my best friend as she was in the backseat of my white 2023 range rover evoque touching up on her makeup. me, key'ara, and madelyn were currently outside of the lincoln financial stadium for the eagles vs vikings game.
"right hurry up madelyn you know jay jay wants to see her man" key said looking back at madelyn, playfully pushing. shoulder. unfortunately, she was referring to justin jefferson. justin has had a crush on me ever since he played for lsu. it's not that he's unattractive, he's actually very attractive, it's just i don't want him. i don't because i know that madelyn likes him. as much as she doesn't want to admit it, i know my best friend like the back of my hand
"shut up key i do not want that man" i rolled my eyes "now you know who i do want" i said sticking out my tongue as they both groaned
"he does not want yo ass" key said as i shrugged her off
"he does tho" i said pulling out my phone to show them our instagram dm thread that happened this morning

"okay but that's not the point" i said locking my phone "the point is that he was in MY dm's" i said reapplying my lip gloss
"ok girl" madelyn chuckled "anyway i'm ready now" she said putting her mascara back in her purse
"finally" i said closing my lip gloss "k let's go now" i said making sure everything was in my clear purse before hoping out the car
"ou girl you look fioneeee" key said taking in my outfit. i was wearing short jean shorts, adidas shoes, and a dark green eagles jersey that was ticked under my bra with jalen's number 1 printed on it
"thanks bae" i said bending over and twerking a bit.
after walking for twenty minutes, we finally found our seats in the middle row of the stadium
"whew chile my feet hurt" key said
"no for real" madelyn agreed
just as i was about to agree, i heard my phone ding, interrupting my next sentence
