Veronicas pov: (30 minutes later) ever since i seen the interaction between jughead and betty i cant think straight (no pun intended) i have been sitting in class for the last 30 minutes thinking about betty and how i was never gonna be able to get with her when suddenly my thoughts were disrupted by the loud bell that dismissed us i walked to the lounge because it was my free period and to my surprise i saw betty and jughead talking and laughing i was furious to say the least.
Bettys pov: ugh i groaned as class was finally over i packed up my things and walked out into the main hall and decided since i have a free period i could go sit in the lounge and relax and think about things specifically veronica i was soon taken out of my thought when my boyfriend ran up to me and kissed me on my cheek i shivered to his touch with his lips being cold he asked why i shivered and i told him that it was simply just because i was cold that was a lie. I dont feel the spark between me and him like i used to and i think a certain person is the reason for that he asked could he come with me to the lounge because he has a free period too i simply complied and said yes even tho i wanted to be alone. Me and jughead are walking in the hall he is talking to me about the serpents and honestly i wasn't listening only thing i had on my mind was veronica i dont know what to do because i dont wanna break jugheads heart but i also wanna be with veronica UGH i quietly groan so jughead wouldnt hear me obviously that didnt work because he asked me what was wrong i lied to him and said i had something in my throat he furrowed his eye brows being suspicious but thought nothing of it. We finally arrived to the lounge and we sat down jughead said something funny so we both started laughing and talking and veronica was almost completely gone away from my thought until my green eyes met her hazel ones she looked mad? in my head i thought "she is so beautiful" jughead then invited her over to sit with us she complied and we started all talking and laughing me and veronica exchanged a few secret flirts but thats it "i want her so bad" i thought
