*** Two months later***

Damn I can really get used to living this way. For two months I've been real happy with Xavier. My girl Tazmere called me to go shopping with her. So I couldn't resist. We met up in the parking lot of the mall.

"Hey girly, who Benz you're driving?"

It's mine; my future husband got it for me to match his.

"Damn sound like you gave it to him too good. For him to be blowing this much cash". Shut up lol, anyway how's everything with Nahiem?.

" Girl this fool came home with hickeys on his neck then had the audacity to have some strange perfume on him."

You need to leave his butt alone. I swear if Xavier was pulling that bullshit I would beat the hell out of him and them girls.

"Girl calm down let's just go shop".

We go inside the mall to all my favorite stores. I had all these bags in my hand but I felt like I should pick Xavier up something. We go inside a watch store and I pick out this fly ass Rolex. It was yellow gold with diamonds.

" Ma'am this watch is one of a kind it cost about $66,256.00".

I open my bag and drop the stacks of hundreds. "Thank you ma'am would you like me to gift wrap it?".

This lady was already pissing me off acting as though I would be window shopping or even trying to steal it which wasn't my nature. After purchasing the watch for my honey I quickly left out the jewelry shop. I started not feeling too good so I decided it must be from not eating anything.

We got to the food court to go eat. I had stopped by a hoagie shop. I had took a couple bits out of the hoagie. That's when I started getting sick again. I ran to the nearest trash can and threw up the hoagie and basically everything else I ate today. I cleaned myself up in the bathroom while Taz stayed to hold all our bags at our table .

Once I was done I got all my bags and put them in the car. I started to get sick again. I pulled the car over to throw up again. I had been throwing up all day. Then it dawned on my stupid ass. Shit it can't be I said to myself. I call my Doctor to see if I could squeeze an appointment in today. I get there in a matter of minutes. The wait in the lobby had drove me crazy. Hey doctor Simone.

"Nice to see you again Sienna, how is Josiah doing?". She said as we walked back into her office.

He's fine, he's getting bigger every day.

"That's great . Now what's going on?."

I honestly don't know Doctor Simone I think I'm pregnant but I'm not sure. I'm still taking my birth control pills.

"Okay well this is what we can do. How about you take this cup and fill it so we can give you a test, if it's a positive we can give you an ultra sound today too."

I take the cup and all I could think about is how am I going to tell Xavier this. Ugh I fill the cup then bring it back into the room. We wait patiently for a couple minutes . She checks it.

" Well Sienna it looks like Josiah is going to have a sibling".

My ass couldn't move . I was still in shock.

" Let's take a look , shall we?".

The doctor puts the plastic transducer on my stomach.

" Yup, there is the heart beat, wait I hear more than the normal two heart beats."

I turn to look at the doctor like I was seeing five heads.

"Sienna your about eight weeks along".

My heart started pounding fast. I felt as though I could die.
