Letting go is the truest form of love. It's the selfless act of putting another's happiness and welfare above your own even if it means sacrificing the very thing you had dear. It's accepting the hash reality that sometimes love is not about possession but about appreciation. It's about understanding that the tightest grip can often suffocate and the freest love can often bloom. It's about making the hardest decision to sever the ties that once brought joy because you acknowledge that it's best course for both parties involved. It's giving the other person the space and freedom to grow to find their own path and perhaps to find a better love. It's painful, It's heartbreaking but it's also profoundly brave and ultimately compassionate. To let to it to love without conditions, without expectations. Its to love without an endpoint, without a destination, It's to say I love you and add even if that means I have to let you go. So when you find yourself at the precipice of letting go remember that it doesn't signify the end of love rather it embodies the purest form of love. One that is selfless, resilient and eternally profound.
