Now let the story begin.

Where is he? [Y/N] said he'd meet me here after class.

Charmcaster thinks to herself as she waits in the courtyard for her boyfriend [Y/N] [L/N].

After a couple more minutes of waiting, Charmcaster smiles when she sees her boyfriend walking towards her, but her mood instantly sours when she sees who he's walking with.

[G/N]...

Charmcaster's blood boils even thinking her name, as the girl has made it quite obvious that she is interested in [Y/N] and wants to get with him.

Making her even more annoyed, she sees [G/N] wrapping her arm around [Y/N]'s shoulder and sending her a not so friendly smile.

Who does she think she is?! I know she's doing this to get a rise out of me! Unfortunately...it's working.

The two make their way over to Charmcaster, who wastes no time pulling her boyfriend into her embrace, earning an annoyed glare from [G/N].

[Y/N] : W-what's up with the sudden affection babe?

He asks as his cheeks heat up from his girlfriend's sudden actions.

Charmcaster : Oh nothing, I just wanted to show you how much I love you babe.

She says while giving [G/N] a look that basically says 'he's mine, sucks to be you'.

[Y/N] blushes a bit and breaks the hug with a smile on his face.

[Y/N] : Aww, I love you too Hope.

He gives his girlfriend a kiss, ignorant to the animosity growing between the two girls.

[G/N] : As much as I'd hate to interrupt, [Y/N] and I have work to do.

Charmcaster : Huh? Babe, you said we were going to hang out together after class.

[Y/N] : I know, and I'm really really sorry Hope, but this assignment is extremely important. If I don't get this done, I may not pass the class. [G/N] graciously offered to help me with it. I'm sorry babe, but we can spend time together after class tomorrow ok?

He says with an apologetic look on his face.

Hope sighs and gives him a fake smile.

Charmcaster : It's ok babe, I...understand. I'll see you tomorrow.

[Y/N] : I am so lucky to have a girlfriend as awesome as you. I'll make this up to you somehow Hope.

Charmcaster : Don't worry about it babe, just get to work on that assignment.

[G/N] : Great! Let's go [Y/N], we can get started once we get to my dorm.

Charmcaster : Your dorm?!

[G/N] ignores her and walks off with [Y/N], leaving behind a very ticked off Hope.

They're going to be alone together in that floozy's dorm room?! She's planning on making a move on him I know it! This can't be happening, she's gonna take [Y/N] away from me!

Taking in deep breaths, Hope begins to calm down and think rationally.

What am I thinking?! I sound like a crazy person! I trust [Y/N] and I know he loves me, he'd never cheat on me or leave me for her, even if she does try something. I'll see him tomorrow, and I'm sure nothing will happen.

Timeskip

After class the next day, Charmcaster waits for her boyfriend as always, but becomes worried when he doesn't show up.

I'm not waiting around any longer, I have a gut feeling something's wrong!

She goes around campus looking for her boyfriend, and eventually finds him in the hall outside the dorms arguing with [G/N].

[Y/N] : I'm sorry [G/N], I just don't like you that way! How many times must I repeat myself?! I'm with Hope!

[G/N] : Why?! I'd be a much better girlfriend for you than that gothic witch! I'm prettier, smarter, and a whole lot more fun to be with than her!

[Y/N] : You really think insulting my girlfriend is gonna make me fall for you? Everything you just said about her was completely utterly wrong! No girl is as pretty, smart, and fun to be with as Hope is!

[G/N] : I guess I have to prove to you that I should be your girlfriend.

[Y/N] scoffs at this.

[Y/N] : Oh yeah, and what are you-

He's cut off by [G/N] pinning him to the wall and giving him a seductive smile.

[Y/N] : W-what are you doing?!

[G/N] : Making my point.

Having seen enough, Charmcaster uses her magic to push [G/N] away from [Y/N].

Charmcaster : Forcing yourself on my boyfriend huh?! How desperate and pathetic can you get?!

She runs over to [Y/N] and wraps her arms around him protectively.

[G/N] : H-how did you-

Charmcaster : Do that? I'm a sorceress, a skilled sorceress. So keep that in mind if you ever get the idea to make a move on my boyfriend again. Now, stay away from [Y/N], and you and I won't have a problem. Am I clear?

[G/N] : C-crystal.

She huffs and quickly walks away.

[Y/N] : Thanks for the save Hope. I'm sorry about all this, I had no idea she was gonna do this.

Charmcaster : No problem babe. I saw everything, I'm not mad at you in the slightest.

[Y/N] : That's a relief. Do you wanna go do something? I still owe you for yesterday.

Charmcaster : Yeah, let's go to my dorm and spend the rest of the day together.

[Y/N] : Sounds like a plan. I love you Hope, and I promise you that will never change.

Charmcaster : I love you too babe. Let's just put this whole thing behind us ok?

He nods as they make their way to her dorm, Charmcaster holding her boyfriend's hand tightly the whole way there.
