MARCO POV TIME
Today was Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid, aka the team which had injured his sister in Liga F. Marco knew he had to do something special in this game, he hasn't had a good season far but maybe it could change in this game.
GAME TIME
Marco was coming off the bench at the RW position. Marco subbed on at halftime with the score of 1-0 in favor of Atletico Madrid. In the 58th minute, Jude ran down and put a short pass backwards to Modric who then slipped a ball through their defense into Vinicius who scored. 1-1 score. In the 65th minute, Valverde crossed a ball in to Marco who had his shot saved by the keeper. The corner was played into the box and headed out back to Marco who received the ball and dribbled to the left then shooting a shot into the bottom corner to make it 2-1. In the 78th minute, Atletico had a chance where Depay had a 1 on 1 with Courtois and he shoots it into the bottom corner but Courtois makes a wonderful save tapping away the shot with his finger tip barely. The corner was then cleared out in a strong volley which went right to Marco unintentionally. Marco ran down the wing then put a pass to Jude who through balled right back to him as he shot it from the edge of the box scoring it and winning it for Real Madrid.
I'm sorry for the short chapter but I'll probably make another one later tonight. thank you for reading another chapter
