"There is no right or wrong, there is what your heart feels like it was fighting for"

She felt something burning in his lungs again: air.

And as if she was burned she began to cough until she cried, clinging to the bed.

She vomited blood on the floor, it was the middle of the night:

Dumbledore: she needed to talk to him.

Exhausted, she abandoned herself again on the couch.

She would do it the following day.

She became aware of Harry's presence beside her: a tightness in her stomach came over her.

Cautiously she approached him, checking whether he was conscious or not.

Now or never. Fearing his loss, she closed the distance between their faces and matched his lips to the young man's.

Although there was an evil that devoured her inside, she had never felt so alive, so free.

The following morning  was immersed in the most total bedlam:

herds of students packed and excited for a weekend trip to Hogsmeade, that was in everybody's mouth.

Dumbledore strode his way through.

Professor Snape was who he waited for.

They entered the infirmary and to their amazement noticed that Hermione was awake, sitting cross-legged on the gurney, stroking Harry's hair, her eyes shining.

The slam of the door made her spring and, annoyed, she recomposed herself in the presence of her professors.

The two noticed her blood-soaked pillow:

they had to act, even against her will if necessary.

Dumbledore settled himself on the cot, exactly in front of her:

- Well miss, I see that your condition continues to deteriorate...-

- For this reason, we must intervene immediately: I know that you may not like the method adopted, but believe me, the only possibility other than that is death-

He raised a goblet and placed it under the eyes of the girl: it contained an extremely thick silvery liquid.

She, terrified, backed away, breaking several compounds.

- No no no no-

- Miss, please..-

- Did you kill a unicorn? On top of that, for me?  You are gonna die! - she burst into hysterical tears.

He placed his hands on the girl's face:

- Do not worry, everything will be fine, please, drink it-

Snape motioned for her to agree.

She hesitantly grabbed the goblet, starting to drink with fear and then swallowed the drink hungrily.

Immediately the wounds on her legs healed.

A vital colour flared on her face.

Albus exchanged a hopeful look with Severus.

- You will have to take one vial a day, in addition to eating healthy things and not getting tired, for this reason, you will be exempt from lessons-

Knowing her, she would still have continued to study on her own.

Trembling, she asked:

-Harry?-
