Chapter 4:

"Let her go!" She says pulling the trigger.

I punched the guy making him stumble back and i ran towards Alycia and grabbed the bullet from almost hitting her in the head. "This rooms bullet proof. My safety." I say. As my hand bleeds. Blood dripping down to the floor.

"Your bleeding badly." Alycia says. "I don't care I just saved you from getting killed. I don't know what I'd done if I lost y-you." I said stuttering and surprising myself. Alycia was shocked at what I said. I don't blame her. She was about speak when my father and brother came into my room. "Everyone ok I heard gun shots." My dad says worried. "Yes everything is fine, but you should take him." I say looking at the unconscious man on the floor.

"Right, well me and your brother are going to deal with it. The others in the family are in the save house you can't be here. She can't be here tonight we don't know if there's more men out there. I know she's important to you y/n I don't want that smile to go away." He says. And I nodded at his request.

"Alycia listen to me, I have to take you somewhere and please don't be scared. There's this save house where my family that's involved are in. That's the only way you are safe." I tell her. Getting some clothes. With my left hand because my right hand was dripping blood.

"Y/n stop, let me clean that." Alycia says setting down a first aid kit I'm assuming she found in my bathroom. I nodded as I looked down to see it was bad.

Alycia's eyes went wide. "You skinned your palm y/n this is not just any gash this is a big deep wound." She said worried. I stopped her from bandaging it and grabbed her chin and gently lifted it up so she can see me. "It's ok Alycia, this-this is nothing ok. I have been through worse. I may be alittle beat up and well skinned. It's literally better then not actually saving your life." I tell her.

She still had a sad face. "It's my fault for shooting that gun I'm sorry I did this to you." She says eyes watering. "Hey, don't ever say it's your fault if anything it's no one's fault I saved you and that's because I care about you. You could've died that bullet was going to your head." I say wiping her tear falling slowly down her cheek. "I never got to say thank you. And I didn't know I mean that much to you." She says looking into my eyes. Gosh those green eyes, they are just beautiful. "Of course you do. I like you Alycia I liked you since the first day I laid eyes on you in history class." Her eyes went wide at what I just said. "I'm sorry I-I just n-needed to t-ell Y-y." I got interrupted by a kiss from her. I was shocked she kissed my lips. I closed my eyes and kissed her back.

As we started kissing she sat on my lap and wrapped her arms on my neck. We were making out. I didn't understand this at all but I just lived in the moment enjoying this. All the butterflies the adrenaline in my Body, I got so heated into the kiss. Until she freaked. "Omg I am soo sorry y/n I didn't meant to kiss you I'm talking to Riley this this can't happen. Your like a good friend to me." She says. My heart shattering. She only sees me as a friend. "I-it's fine." I say getting up. "Thanks for helping me with my hand." I say. Walking to the door. "Wait I didn't get to finish it." She says taking my arm n placing the tape that was needed to keep my hand from dripping blood.

I walked with her to the garage where I found my car it wasn't wrecked anymore. But instead I grabbed a helmet and placed it over my head. I went to the bench at the corner grabbed the other helmet. Headed back to alycia and my bike. "Here, put this on. I've been seen with my car more then my bike. Your safe with me I promise I won't let anything happen to you." I say stern and holding in my emotions the heart broken ones. She takes the helmet puts it over her head and gets on the bike. She wrapped her arms around my waist tightly she was scared I felt it. The feeling of her arms around my waist sent me shivers up my spine. I could stay like this forever. But this is wrong she doesn't like me.

Off we went to the safe house enjoying the breeze of the wilderness an hour away from the city. She was enjoying the stars the air blowing as I rode my bike. "You know I've never been on a motorbike before." I giggled at the way she said motorcycle. "Oh really?" I teased. "Yeah it's soo amazing, I didn't know you ride." I smiled. "Ohh i can ride. Also it's cute how you said motorbike, is that how you say motorcycles in Australia?" I say. She tensed up. "Hahaah, yeah that's how it's said. Mainly it's like what you guys call dirt bikes here. But I call it the same after all it's the same thing just different in area wise. One for road the other for x games and dirt." She says laughing. "I honestly don't know what I am saying. I know nothing about bikes of any sort." She says giggling. Making me laugh along with her attempt on bikes.

"I know a place we can look at the stars if you like." I say shyly. "Omg I love to see it. Please y/n" I smiled and nodded and took her to my favourite place a few minutes away from the safe house.

As we got there I parked my bike and helped her off. "Thank you." She says and I only smiled. "After you miss Debnam-Carey." I say cheesy and flirty. Only for her to just walk without an emotion.  

We laid down on the grass looking at the night sky and the amazing stars. I looked to my right and saw Alycia counting the stars. "You know it's creepy to stare." She says. Causing me to stop dozing off. "Y/n I know you like me and all, but don't make this friendship weird ok." I looked away and stared into the night sky holding my tears. "S-sorry Alycia." I said lowly.

She got on my chest. "The stars are amazing." She says now looking into my eyes. I sighed. "Yeah they are." We were staring at each other. I looked at her left eye then her lips and then her right eye. She did the same. I leaned in a tiny bit. And she smashed her lips to mine. I instantly grabbed her by the waist and we made out again. I was getting all these butterflies I shouldn't feel. It didn't last long before she stopped kissing me. "Shit I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on. I like Riley. Can we go now." She says getting up. My heart sunk. She kissed me twice tonight. It's only making me like her more. "Ugh she's the death of me."

"Y/n come on." I sighed. Got up and headed to my bike and Alycia. And drove off to the safe house.
