You see Y/n was the team manger ever since Cam started coaching. Y/n was his little cousin so they was close. But the real reason she wanted to be the team manger was for Jordan or as the team called him Giannis.
Y/n has the biggest crush on him since tryouts started. But she was to scared of rejection so she never talked to him unless it was team related. But little did she know that the whole team has been trying to get Giannis to make the first move with her. He was scared too.
First Practice-
Y/n had been asking Cam if he wanted her to order custom made Jerseys for weeks but his ass told her "Ayy no don't worry I got it." But now their asses got a game tomorrow and no jerseys since Cam never ordered them. "Cam I told your ass to let me order them jerseys but what did you say 'No leave it to me', 'stop worrying, we have a long time', or 'quit nagging in my damn ear.' But look now mother fucker our game is tomorrow!" She said mocking Cam with little hand puppets. Which caused the team to laugh since they was lacing up. "Oh so y'all wanna laugh now, down and back now. You too Y/n." "Damn," she said under her breath.
Giannis watched as she walked down and back in front of him. "GIANNIS IF YOU KEEP LOOKING AT HER LIKE THAT YOU RUNNING DOWN AND BACK AGAIN!" This caught everyone's attention, even Y/n's. Gianni just ran to the line they was already on. Everyone laughed at him except Y/n since the poor girl was so confused.
After practice
Y/n walked to the bench and packed up her shit she left. She was about to put her backpack on, when she hit someone behind her. " Oh shit!" She heard from behind her. Y/n whipped around to see who she hit to see the one and only Giannis pummeled over. "Oh shit sorry," she said trying not to laugh. "Do you need something?" Y/n said wanting to help. Giannis acted hurt (key word: acted), and said " Ow, um maybe your number and a date?" "Oh you smooth mother fucker." She said now both laughing. "So?" He said pulling out his phone.
Y/n takes his phone and puts her number in. As the team sees they all start clapping and screaming.
