Eli and Y/n were the power couple of the year. One played basketball and the other played y/s but no matter what they would always show up to the others game. But y/n never thought that Eli's family liked her. She didn't really have a reason but she had a feeling. So whenever Eli would ask if she wanted to come over she would make something up so that she could stay home. Until finally Eli decided to confront her.
"Y/n, we needa talk!" He said walking in to the girls house. "Um okay coming down." She said going down to the living room. "Why do you keep making up excuses when I ask you to come over?" "I don't know what your talking about." "Y/n you know damn well what I'm talking about." "Ok, ok, ok. I don't come over because I know your family doesn't like me."
"Your kidding right? Y/n my family freaking loves you!" "Really?" She says very confused. Next thing she knows she is being dragged to Eli's car. "Eli, where the hell are we going?" "My house. So you could see that my family loves you." They then pull up to the house.
"Mom! I'm home and I brought Y/n." He said pulling the girl. As soon as the family heard that everyone came running out. "Omg Dear I haven't seen you in forever." "Y/n I missed you." "I have so much to tell you." "It's amazing to see you again kid." "Your back." The young girl heard all at once.
*Skip to dinner *
"So Y/n, why haven't you been around lately?" Mrs. Ellis said. "Umm Funny story actually, I kinda thought.... That you guys hated me." Y/n says slowly with her head down. "Y/n how could we? Your literally the best person Eli has ever dated." Issac said. "Yea and if you guys ever broke up I'd blame him for it." Mrs. Ellis said as a joke. "Who would I tell drama to if you were never here?" Said the only daughter. "Yea and who would I ask for girl advice?" Said the youngest boy. "Yea Y/n. You're Family."said Mr. Ellis
*After Dinner in the car*
Eli turned to look at her for a second. "I told you they loved you."
