Max: Hey, Charles! Another intense race out there, huh?

Charles: Absolutely, Max. You really pushed the limits today.

Max: Well, you know me, always looking for that extra speed. *laughs*

Charles: *laughs* Yeah, it's what makes racing against you so exciting.

Max: So, uh, any plans for the evening? I heard there's a party in town.

Charles: Yeah, I might swing by. You?

Max: Not sure yet. I'm kind of tired. *pauses* You know, these races really take a toll.

Charles: Yeah, they do. It's important to take care of yourself, Max.

Max: *nods* Thanks, Charles. Hey, by the way, have you heard about the new track they're planning to add next season?

Charles: Yeah, I saw some rumors about it. Could be interesting.

Max: Yeah, for sure. So, um, speaking of interesting... *trails off*

Charles: *raises an eyebrow* What's on your mind, Max?

Max: Oh, it's nothing. Forget it.

Charles: Max, come on. You can talk to me about anything.

Max: *sighs* Alright, it's just... I've been feeling a bit off lately, you know?

Charles: Off how?

Max: Like... I don't know. Maybe it's just the pressure of the races, but... it's more than that.

Charles: Max, if something's bothering you, you can trust me.

Max: *looks away* I don't want you to assume anything, okay? Just forget I said anything.

Charles: Max, I won't assume anything, I promise. You can tell me whatever you want, and I'll be here to listen.

Max: *hesitates* It's just that... well, sometimes I feel like I don't really fit in with the whole dating scene, you know? Like I'm not interested.

Charles: *softly* Max, it's okay. You don't have to feel pressured to conform to anyone's expectations. You're valid just the way you are.

Max: *blushing* Charles, don't make a big deal out of it.

Charles: Max, I want you to know that I support you no matter what. And if you ever need to talk or just hang out, I'm here.

Max: *mumbling* Thanks, Charles.

Charles: *smiles* And you know what? I have something to confess too. I'm gay.

Max: *eyes widen* Wait, what?

Charles: *nods* Yeah, I understand if you're surprised. But I want you to know that we're in this together, no matter what.

Max: *speechless for a moment* Charles, I... I don't know what to say.

Charles: You don't have to say anything, Max. Just know that you're not alone.

Max: *takes a deep breath* Okay, fine. I admit it. I am too.

Charles: *grinning* See? That wasn't so hard, was it?

Max: *rolls his eyes* You're such a pain, Charles.

Charles: *laughs* But I'm your pain, right?

Max: Yeah, I guess you are. Thanks for being there for me.

Charles: Always, Max. Always.

Max: And you know what, Charles? I'll be there for you too. No matter what.

Charles: I know, Max. I'm glad we can support each other.

Max: *smiles* We make a pretty good team, don't we?

Charles: The best. *smiles back* And who knows, maybe our friendship could become something more.

Max: *raising an eyebrow* Oh, really?

Charles: *laughs* I'll race you to find out.
