After making sure that the little wolf's injuries are taken cared of Celestina fed it and prepared a bed for it under her own bed. She kept asking herself how could the little creature reach their town when the forest is far away and the little wolf is all alone. Could it's mother be looking for it now? Could it be that the little wolf got separated from its family and it mistakenly ran to their side of the town? How did it get it's injuries? Looking at the tiny creature sleeping in the makeshift bed, Celestina decided to bring it back to the woods as soon as its injuries are healed.
The following morning, Celestina woke up to tiny paws walking around her room. She looked at the little wolf sniffing her bedroom floor as if looking for something.
"Hey there little bud how are you feeling?" She asked the tiny creature as it looked her way. The little wolf gave a tiny bark and tried to climb up her bed. Celestina smiled not knowing why she didn't feel wary of the tiny creature that is known for it's defensive nature. She felt that it is safe to be around with. That it wont hurt her in any way possible.
"Alright little one, once we are sure that your paws are healed we will head back to the forest and try looking for your family ok?" Though she knows going to the forest isnt safe for her, Celestina wanted to make sure that her new found friend gets back to its family, the place where it truly belongs. Before Celestina left for school, she made sure that her bedroom was locked properly so the little wolf wont be able to go out and get lost again. The day went by fast, school ended, soon Celestina is on her way home from her work shift.  She found her mother still awake and cuddling the little wolf while watching tv.
"Mom, why are still up? And why is this little pup out of my room? Were you not scared of it?" fascinated, she asked her mother who just smiled at her in return.
"It was crying it's heart out when I arrived home from work. At first I thought it was our neighbor's dog but then I realized that the house next door is empty so i followed its voice and found it inside your room." Her mother answered her questions.
"And why would I be scared of a such a tiny creature? Instead I felt it needed someone by it's side so I decided to bring it down here and feed it." Cleofe added, caressing the little wolf's head. " Aw, thanks mom, i found it last night, it had injuries and it looked very scared and tired. So i brought it home." Celestina sat beside her mother hugging her. She couldn't imagine herself in the little wolf's situation, alone and away from its mother. She knew she wouldn't be able to survive this long if she didn't have her mother with her.
After a few more days the little wolf has finally healed completely. So despite the fact that both Celestina and her mother Cleofe had fallen for the tiny creature, Celestina decided it is time to bring her little friend back to it's true home.
