"S-SOULMATES? WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT,".

Han stopped looking at him and sat next to me on his bed.

"The thing is, in the afterlife, everyone has their place that they live in. For example, I got this flower field."

     "Then why am I here?"

"I don't know, all I know is that we may be soulmates".

     "But why?"

"Because no one has ever stayed with someone else in the afterlife".

I didn't know what to say, it was quite shocking to hear someone you just met tell you, you were soulmates.

"Do I have to stay here?"

"Yes but this is the only room I have since the house is only meant for one person, but I can sleep on the couch if you want?" Han said.

No one had ever asked me this, they either told me to sleep on the couch, go home, or sleep on the floor they never ask if I want the bed.

"No it's fine, I'll take the couch" I replied.

Once it was nighttime Han gave me a blanket and pillow and told me to sleep well.

Han was so kind to me even though we just met, it was so shocking that I couldn't show it back.

I lay down and stare at the ceiling.

This didn't feel like the afterlife it just felt so real.

Han laid in bed staring at the ceiling, but his thoughts were different, so different.

I tried to fall asleep, but I couldn't the thought of me being dead kept me up and honestly the couch wasn't that comfy.

I picked up my stuff and went to Han's room to see if he was awake.

I opened the door a little to see him with his eyes closed, he must be asleep.

I quietly snuck over to him and laid down, the bed was definitely more comfortable.

I looked at him for a moment. He was so beautiful, even when he was sleeping.

He still felt so familiar to me. His name was familiar, and even his face is familiar.

"He's so beautiful" Those words slipped right out of my mouth.

Han's eyes slowly opened, his face was so close to mine.

I stared into his eyes for a moment, but something felt off. It felt like I've been here before.

Han's eyes began to water, but why?

Tears ran down his face, and he wrapped his arms tightly around me.

He put his face in my chest and started to cry more.

     "Minho, I missed you".
