Hopes POV:
Another day of school. Everyones buzzing about Jaime and her status. It's kinda funny, how by making her less popular, she is becoming more popular because everyone's talking about her. I feel bad for her, this one situation changed everyone's view of her. One day she's popular, the next day she's a loser. One day she's attractive, the next day she's ugly. Everything changes so damn quickly in this school.
I make my way towards my locker, which is right next to Lilly's, Stews, Dave's, and Sophs. Soph immediately greets me with a hug."Did you see the tweet?" She bursts out almost immediately.
"No, I was watching Netflix all night." I replied curiously, recalling the episodes of The Vampire Diaries that I watched last night.
"Here, I'll show you." Soph said, pulling out her phone.
"NO PHONES AT YOUR LOCKER!!" Yelled our bitch of a teacher, Mrs. Moontheimer (who we call Mrs. M). Soph began putting her phone away.
"Excuse me Mrs. M?" Said Stew, closing his locker.
"Yes?" She relied
"Would you mind showing me where it says that in the handbook?" He said innocently. Mrs. M looked from Stew to us and back again before finally letting out a sigh.
"Sure Stew, come on in." She said, exasperated.
"Why thank you!" Stew said as he followed her inside, smirking at us as he left. Soph quickly grabbed her phone and opened twitter. She scrolled down until she found a tweet and held it up to my face. I read it and scrunched up my face, partly in pity, partly in confusion, and partly in shock.
"WHO THE FUCK WROTE THIS?" I screamed out. Everyone who was at their locker turned and looked at me. Whoops. I looked over at Soph who was cracking up. I couldn't help but laugh at myself too. Eventually, everyone got bored of looking Soph and I laugh our asses off and they moved on.
"No but seriously, who the fuck wrote this." I managed to spit out after my coughing fit.
"That asshole who was talking about how Jamie's not hot anymore. You remember right?" Soph asked.
"Yes! Can I like actually kill him?" I was outraged. "Did anyone stick up for her?"
"A lot of people including me," Soph informed "but a lot more made fun of her than stood up for her." I felt really bad and thought about what I was going to write about it when I get home.
"GIRLS!" Mrs. Moontheimer yelled. "YOU'VE BEEN AT YOUR LOCKERS FOREVER! IN! NOW!" We nodded and walked into our home room class.
