Portal- A New World - The Flash

Chapter Four.. Verses Zoom.

Mason and the others have been around town.. much to Barry's dislike. They were now in the cortex and were collecting grimroires for spells.

Mason and the super squad were sitting all around the books..

"Wait.. so does this mean we can perform spells." Belle asks looking at a spell book with nature spells.

Mason thinks for a while. "i..don't know." He looks at the grimroires. "we all have different earthly abilities. and witchcraft is nature. so the possibility could be true."

Iris and Joe walks in, iris held the plants in her hand as Belle quickly walks over to her "you got my message! thanks" She takes the box of plants.

Iris smiles "Your welcome. The place could use some greenery in here." She replies as she smiles before walking over to Mason "need some help?" 

Mason nods and smile "sure" as he picks up a few books and hands her some. "i just need to get this to our room" 

iris nods "okay" as she takes the books and follows the boy. 

Mason and iris walks into the bedroom that the boys are currently sleeping in. she looks around "you guys have definitely decorated the place" 

The room has three different vibes. On Mason and Scott's side. there were pictures of family and friends. Photos from smallville. 

Iris walks over to one of the photos of a mini Mason and Bonnie. she picks up the frame and looked at Mason "Tell me about her.. Bonnie right?"

Mason smiles, as he put the box down and walks over to iris. "Yeah, well there's a lot to tell. Firstly she's also a witch. not as strong as me. but all the Bennett's are strong in their own ways." 

He puts the frame down "She is my rock, we were together since our mom ditched us both at grams" he sighs, a small frown falls on his face. "When we were still in our town. before i travelled worlds. my grams, bonnie and i had to open a vault, with magic. for vampires which-" 

Iris cuts him off with widened eyes "Vampires?!" She slightly shouts causing mason to jump a little.

Mason laughs with a faint smile  "There's worse. Vampires, werewolves, witches. hell i don't even know."

she slowly nods with a shocked face "What were you trying to do with the vault?" 

Mason looks down "A vampire called Damon, thought his ex lover was in there. he forced my grams and my sister to do it. and it ended up takings my grams' life. it exceeded her magic limits and killed her"

iris puts her hand on his shoulder "I'm so sorry mason. i know what it feels like to lose someone close to me"

Mason smiles, "Thanks iris.." the two continued to pack the grimroires away near mason's side of the room.
