THE CONFERENCE HALL
All the big businessmen from all over the country were present there in the hall. As soon as Abhay entered the hall, everyone stood up and bowed to him in order to pay their respect. Abhay also greeted them with his hands folded.
Everyone settled down at their places. Then the head of that project, Suresh Mahlawat ji came,
"Khammagadi Hukum Sa", Mahlawat ji comes and greeted Abhay with folded hands. Abhay answered by gesturing with his eyes.
"I express my gratitude to all of you for coming here, and there is also a news that King Rajendra Shishodia ji could not come due to some reasons, but his daughter is present here with us, so meet Princess Kashi Pratap Singh", saying this. Kashi came inside with Verma ji in the conference hall.
Hearing her name, Abhay raised his head to look at her and to his surprise it was none other than Kashi herself.
Kashi greeted everyone with folded hands...
His eyes went to her vermillion which adorned her beauty. Wearing his Mangalsutra around her neck, maang tikka and bangles in her hands, she looked nothing less than an eternal beauty dressed in a Rajasthani attire. And so, Abhay was not able to take his eyes off her.
He was seeing Kashi, today exactly after the long two years and his decided to betray him and was beating faster than usual. Kashi was sitting right in front of him but she didn't even spared a glance at Abhay once.
"Uth ke dekh toh lijiye hume ek baar, pure do saal baad aamne saamne aai hai, par aap hai ki Hume dekh hi nahi Rahi hai.. humse se itni nafrat.. aakhir ho bhi kyu na, iss ka haq bhi humne hi aapko diya hai."
(Just look at me once, after two whole years, we're face to face again, but you're not even looking at me... you hate me this much... after all, I'm the one who gave you the right.)
"I'm ready to accept all your wrath for me.. " he whispered to himself.
