Senior Year

Y/N's POV:

I wake up on Felicia's bed and notice her by my side

I look at the clock by the bed...it's almost 8 A.M

Shit! I'm late for school!

I give Felicia a quick kiss on the cheek before jumping off her porch and swinging around the city

After a quick pitstop in my house, I change into some clean clothes before grabbing my backpack and swinging to school while listening to some music

After a few minutes, I arrive at school late for Mrs. Warren physics class

Mrs. Warren has a sweet personality, but I doubt she'll tolerate me being late to her class

I try to sneak in the classroom, but she ends up noticing me

Mrs. Warren: Mr. Parker, why am I seeing you enter my classroom almost fifteen minutes after the time it was supposed for you to be here?

Y/N: Uh...I was just...my phone alarm didn't go off, so I woke up later than usual. Won't happen again, sorry.

Mrs. Warren: You know that people who get late for my class don't get to watch it.

Y/N: What if I answer the question that's on the board?

Mrs. Warren: You think you have an answer to a completely relative question that is more philosophical than technical?

The question in place was: "How can we travel to the past?"

Y/N: It's actually more technical than you think.

Mrs. Warren: How so?

Y/N: Well...science says it's impossible to time travel to the past due to problems with conservation of energy. 

I start making some drawings on the board to explain my line of thought along with some calculations
