[Name] stared perplexed at the guy in front of her who she bumped into on her way to her next mission. Two months went by and [Name] was becoming a great slayer on her way.
"Oh! You must be the girl from the final selection. I'm Tanjiro Kamado, nice to meet you." The burgundy haired boy greeted with a bright grin.
[Name] swore he beamed pure innocence out.
"Hey, I'm [Name] Nishimura. Good to see someone familiar." [Name] replied back, "I was heading towards my next mission, my crow told me there was another slayer here so I'll take my guess that it's you."
"Really? Mine told me the same, there must be demons around here. At least three." Tanjiro stated, pointing at the nearby big village. "Let's look around, shall we?"
She nodded and they both went into the dim lighted village. [Name] noticed that Tanjiro was carrying a huge box on his back and that she could sense that someone was in there.
"Why are you carrying that? I can feel that someone is in there." [Name] questioned and stopped to let him speak.
"My..my little sister is in there." He said, "she turned into a demon," he panicked for a moment when he saw her shocked expression. "But please! Don't kill her. I swear she hasn't eaten or attacked a human!"
[Name] was a but skeptical about the situation but she didn't feel any threat coming from his little sister inside the box. It seemed like...she was asleep?
She exhaled quietly, "fine, I'll trust you...for now." [Name] started walking further into the village looking around for any suspicious activity.
Tilting her head when she heard Tanjiro sniff the air, she was about to ask what he's doing but she felt the presence of three demons surrounding them.
Unsheathing her blade, darting her eyes around she warned Tanjiro, "they're surrounding us."
Tanjiro readied his sword as well and the two of you back to back heard footsteps dashing at you.
"Watch out!" [Name] yelled, blocking the demon that was about to attack Tanjiro.
'She's fast, I didn't even see the demon coming at me.' Tanjiro thought before focusing back on the other demons who came out of their hiding spots.
