"It's not there- look just pull the drone up" John b says upset

"We can-we can go back down" pope says trying to comfort John b

"We've done it 3 times there's nothing there" I say almost yelling to the group in defeat

"Hannah stop" kie says upset because John b was clearly upset

"What it's true" I say back to her
"The gold could be buried we don't know" kie says trying to make up excuses.

"If it was there It would have been found on the metal detector okay" John b shouts out

"Somebody beat us to it" John b said
"Or it was never there" I heard JJ mumble

All of our spirits were pretty low after that so everybody just went our separate ways. I went back to my house wanting to take some time to myself and relax after the few days I had had.

I got to my house and stepped inside knowing my dad wouldn't be home since he pretty much works every day. I layed in my bed on my phone going through all my socials and watching my show. After an hour or so I decided to hop in the shower and clean myself off.

I loved showers, I loved feeling the water flowing down my back and brushing through my silky hair.

I had taken a pretty long shower because I had to shave and do my hair. When I got out I noticed a message form JJ that said he was coming to get me in an hour to take me to this old movie showing in a park that we went to every year that kie invited us to, because of the fact it was on figure 8.

I texted back saying okay and that I was at my house.

I started to get ready drying my hair and getting into some clothes. I hooked on a black bra and put on a silky black pair of underwear. I went through my drawers and found yet another pair of jean shorts so I threw those on too. I searched for a top and found an oversized black shirt with a design on the front. I put it on and it fit me very well.

I put on my black converse and all of my rings necklaces and bracelets. Once I had done that I made my way to my kitchen grabbing a snack to have before leaving.

I then put on some light make up and waited for JJ to arrive.

I sat in the kitchen when I heard the sound of a car out front. I peek out of the window to see JJ park the Twinkie and get out to come get me. I open the door as he's about to come in.

"Hey" I say walking out of my house

"Hey" he said back, I locked the door and looked over to see pope in the passenger seat looking distressed.

"What's up pope" I say casually walking over to the car

"Nothing" he says quickly and as if I was accusing him of something

"Okay" I say back to him confused, I mean pope was weird but he wasn't normally this weird.

I hopped into the back seat of the car as we drove to figure 8. The drive was silent and there was some tension in the car.

"Okay what's going on guys?" I finally ask as we're about to arrive

"Umm what?" JJ asked as him and pope looked at each other.

"Why are you guys acting so weird?" I asked them but there was no answer, "and where's John b?"

"I don't know he just kinda disappeared" JJ said ignoring my first question.

What ever was going on they clearly didn't want to talk about so I just left it alone. Soon enough we got to the field where we met up with kie to watch the outdoor movie.
