Choose a character and color for the character. When the wheel is full the full wheel will stay and a new wheel (with the same colors) will be added. You can't use a character if it's already in a wheel and you can't use a color if it's already used by a character on the newest wheel. You can be as specific as you want. If you want a certain character you will have to name the character and the fandom it if from. However if you don't specify the character in the comment it will be my pick.
