             (TW: ABUSE, ALCOHOL)

The poor girl kept running and running. She knew she wasn't safe in those woods. It seemed like someone, or something was yelling at her. This girl was Octavia, a small 14 year old elf girl with beige-like hair. Her clothes seemed to look dirty and faded, and had a look of terror in her eyes. She had to keep running, the thing wanted to hurt her. That thing was her father.

Her father was abusive, he always was. He was always a drunken man, who's only objective in life was to hurt and cause pain to people he loved. And unfortunately, his daughter was part of that list. Bruises on her arms can be seen as she ran, but
all her mind kept telling her to do was to run...and run...and run.

The chase went on for about two hours when she suddenly came across her sword shop, her home away from home. She hid in there, not wanting to be seen. Her father glared around the corners to find his so called "prey." "Uughh, where is the damn brat?! She can't run forever!!" He eventually walked off, leaving the girl free for a while.

She opened up shop, changed her clothes, and was ready for the day. She wore a long sleeved light blue shirt with ruffle sleeves, brown pants, and black boots. The clothing obviously looked old and wasn't expensive, but it was the clothes she wore at work. She served the normal customers that would come in from time to time. That is until her best friend showed up. Tommy, also called Tommyinnit, just so happened to show up...again...with an unsharpened blade.

"Octaviaaaaa, caaaan you fix it?" The teen obviously was a regular customer, since he ALWAYS came on for any small thing he couldn't fix himself. '' Again Tommy? Well, I work here for a reason! " She was off to work, chatting with Tommy from time to time.
He didn't speak much, but then he spoke up hole she sharpened his blade.
"Did you run away again?" He asked kindly and solemnly. "...Yeah, he tried to hit me again." Octavia finally finished sharpening and cleaned the blade slowly. "Geez...I have to help somehow..." Tommy sat there, he wanted to help the poor girl...but he didn't know how. "Awwh, it's ok Tommy! I'll be safe one day!" She always kept her spirits up, and that's why Tommy liked her. He nodded and got up to leave and pay her for the upgrades.
"Hey, mind hand delivering it to the house? You remember where it is right?" Tommy asked as he handed the diamonds to her.
"Uh, yeah I remember! I can do that no sweat!" She said happily as they waved each other goodbye. She then got to work on the sword.

Around closing, she wrapped the sword in a small purple cloth, keeping it safe from the weather of course, and headed to Tommy house. But as she was walking, she noticed him already, but he was with some friends.
Techno, Tommy, and Wilbur were happily walking together, smiling and laughing as they chatted. She thought of just handing to him then and there, as that's what she did,

Meanwhile, Techno was walking with Wilbur and Tommy, his hand was at his sword, to the side, just to be sure that they were all safe. As Tommy bumped into her, Technoblade grabbed Tommy and put his sword to her chin. "Who are you." He asked, with a monotone and deep voice. "What are you doing here." He asked, waiting for an answer. He was protecting him and his siblings, since he had an overprotective side.

"I-I'm Octavia...I-I have something to deliver t-to Tommy..." The poor elf was scared so much, her ears turned red on the tips. Usually, they turn red do to a trauma response, but this time it was different.

He narrowed his eyes, feeling suspicious still, then turned to Tommy. "You know this person?" Techno asked, looking back at the her, who was still trembling in fear. Tears fell a bit as she stood there. All she knew was that she did not wanna die. Tommy nodded yes and explained the situation to Techno.
"Hm, sorry about that kid. Names Technoblade by the way. However, you should go home, it's not safe out here. It's dark out." Techno muttered. "Tommy, you should know better then to ask for her to deliver this to you at night." he turned to Tommy, and crossed his arms. He took the sword off of her and handed it to Tommy. He happily smiled, it looking brand new.

Sadly though, Octavia wasn't smiling. She didn't wanna go home. She knew her situation, and it was not a pretty sight. Tommy realized what he said and quickly turned to Techno. "Y-You do realize mate that her father....isn't a good man?" Techno was confused, he never heard of her parents and stuff.

"What do you mean Tommy? How bad are the-" Octavia cut him off before rolling up her sleeves to reveal all of the bruises on her arms. Technos eyes widened, the bruises looked very painful from the angle he saw them. "Oh goodness..." He said, gently picking her up. "Alright guys, I'm going to take her back to the house, she needs to be in a safe place." Technoblade said, before walking away, carrying her. Tommy and Wilbur followed in tow.

Everyone eventually made it to the house. "Tommy and Wilbur, I'm going to take her upstairs to the guest room. She's staying here...for now until it's safe." He said, walking into the house, Tommy and Wilbur nodded as they followed him, Octavia still scared and in fear, buried her face in his chest. Was she home? She didn't know for sure...but maybe, she was finally safe at last.
