And as time passed I found myself actually properly getting ready to go watch some men kick balls about in a field. I stared at myself in the mirror, some light makeup and my hair washed and neat.

My clothes were simple yet cute. I stared at myself once more.

"What the fuck am I doing?" I furrowed my eyebrows with a light smile, in confusion to why I was getting ready for a match.

It was such a weird feeling, as if I had someone to get ready for.

Speaking of which, I heard a beep outside of my house. And it was obviously none other than Park Sunghoon.

This is actually bizarre, I thought to myself, how on earth did it happen so that this man was outside of my house? How come we even talked is what I found even crazier.

I stepped out of my house, grabbing Sunghoon's coat just before I left. Thankfully, the rain halted for a bit, however, it was supposed to resume later on in the night.

I opened the door to his Bentley, his driver in the front and the two of us in the back. He was dressed in sweatpants and a jumper, assuming he had his football kit in the back.

The first thing he did was look me up and down, then stare out the window for a bit, then look back at me. What a strange guy.

"What the fuck are you glaring at me for?" I opened my mouth as he scoffed, crossing his arms.

"Glaring at who? You're delusional." He denied it, as if I didn't just watch him do it.

"And you're braindead." I responded as he turned his head towards me.

"Says the woman who walks down an obscure-ass alleyway where anybody can literally kill you." Sunghoon retort, staring at my face. I looked over at him and we made eye contact for a few seconds before I turned away awkwardly.

"I hope you get the football blasted towards your dick." I jokingly replied, staring outside of the window as the driver let out a large chuckle.

"Heechul did you just laugh?" Sunghoon asked his driver, who simply wiped the smile off his face and immediately fixed his posture.

"No. That must've been the wind you're hearing." Heechul replied, we both fully knew it was him though, which made it funnier.

"Pfft." He put his hoodie up slightly, not quite fully covering his head, "Jiwoo is coming by the way." He added, which caught me a bit off guard.

"Really?"

"Yeah, so you won't be alone with Heejin... or whatever.." His words grew quieter gradually, I held my smile back at his cuteness. He was cute sometimes, he was mysterious and attractive mostly, but things like these just made me feel like he isn't as cold as perceived.

We arrived finally, and I was about to walk over to the spectating benches when I had to say one last thing.

"Aren't you cute." I simply said which Sunghoon immediately dart his head at to look at me, he let out a small chuckle as I made my way over to Jiwoo who waved to me frantically.

"You came with Sunghoon?!!" She exclaimed pretty loudly, but thankfully there were alot of people here chatting loudly, so nobody from our school paid much attention.

"HE insisted, I didn't even originally want to be here." I lowkey lied, when he offered to go, I would've said yes if I was extremely desperate for him, but I prefer being a girl you can chase, so.

Jiwoo said nothing but gave a grin, she could probably read my mind right now. But I'm still going to insist I'm "nonchalant" about Sunghoon.

The game eventually started and to be fair the entire time I just watched Sunghoon, It was like a challenge trying to find him amongst his teammates in the same football kit.

But I did find him each time.

His team was in the lead with a score of three to one, Sunghoon scoring two. Ugh, what a showoff. Though, I couldn't help but cheer along everytime his team scored.

Suddenly, the opposing team tackled Sunghoon, it was literally three versus one, trying to get the ball of him. And when that failed, one of them kicked Sunghoon directly in the shin. From my angle, it looked like one damn strong kick.

A few gasps were heard from our side, the ref blew the whistle as Sunghoon fell to the floor. A few minutes of talking and excessive hand movements by the players and ref, Sunghoon slowly stood back up.

No way this man was going to continue playing when his leg got kicked with that much force.

But he did, despite you could tell he was in pain, he continued to play till the very end, even scoring another goal and mocking the other team.

The match finally closed off with Sunghoon's team winning and holding up a trophy. He scanned the venue around, then finally looking my way. He gave a wink as I gave a smile, clapping with everybody else.
