Chapter 28 Maël

Fafnir P.O.V

I wake cause I didn't feel Helbram close to me anymore, I open my eyes and see that he was at the edge of the bed looking at the floor. I join him and ask him of everything was alright. He ask me if he did anything embarassing or "dangerous" when he was drunk. I chukkle a little and told him that he didn't do anything like that. He sigh in relief and apologies for drinking that much, I told him that it was alright. He take my hand and ask me if I was okay, I told him I was better then before and he hug me tight happily. I hug him back and told him that it was okay and that I'll be more carefull of myself from now on. 

We decide to go down the stairs and see that Gowther looked very anxious. I approche him and ask him if everything was okay. He didn't wanted to look at me that's how I could tell something was wrong, he looked guilty. I ask Helbram to go get some water for Gowther for him to calm down a little and that I would stay with him. I sit next to Gowther and ask him if everything was okay one last time. he sigh and told me that he wasn't ready to tell me yet. That mean that it was probably something important. I just sigh and didn't puch any further. Helbram come back with a glass of water and I give it to Gowther. He gladly take it and start to drink it. 

Some minutes pass and the other member of the seven deadly sins start to come come too. Merlin was sitting next to me and ask me if everything was okay. I told her about Gowther and she said that she will talk to him. I smile and thanks her. After a little while Merlin go to talk to Gowther and Meliodas start to talk with everyone about how we could build the tavern and fihgt the demon king cause he didn't wanted any more victime and to be able to stop the holy war. 

Merlin P.O.V

I take Gowther away from the rest of the seven deadly sins, the archangels were still asleep so we try to not make much sound to not wake them up. 

"Fafnir told me that something was wrong." 

He look at me before looking away for a moment. I could understand now why Fafnir said that something was wrong. I make him sit on the bed and ask him what was wrong. 

"Well it's complicate..." 

"I'll listen."

"Well I was fighting Estarossa and..."

"And ?" 

"And..I make him remember that..."

He look away again, I could tell he wasn't very proud of something but what ?

"What did you make him remember ?" 

I could see he didn't wanted to tell. I just sigh and stay in the room until he will talk.

"I make Estarossa remember that he was Maël and that I was the one that make him think that he was named Estarossa and that he was the son of the demon king, now he is trying to find me to kill me I think, I can't blame him though..."

When he told me that I froze. He what ?

Fafnir P.O.V

I was still listening to Meliodas telling his plan when I hear Merlin yell "You did what ?!" She looked very mad, I told the capitain that I will go see what she was talking about and I leave to go to the room were I heard the scream. I enter the room.

"What's wrong here ?"

Merlin sigh and Gowther was still looking at the floor. 

"It's very complicate."

Said Merlin, Gowther then explain to me what happen. I was shocked of course since I though that he was dead but he wasn't, I sit next to Gowther and put a hand on his shoulder.

"It's okay Gowther, we will make him be like before it will be alright." 

He look at me and smile, I look at Merlin and she nodded.

We then went down the stairs and Meliodas ask us if everything was okay.

"Meliodas, we have to find someone." 

"Who is it ?" 

Me, Gowther and Merlin look at eachother and nodded.

"We have to find Maël." 

Again I'm so sorry if this story don't follow the original storyline I really want to make my own and in general I don't really like to follow the canon story so if my story aren't canon that's why, I still hope that you enjoy this story ^^
