Chapter 25 Breaking the curse

Meliodas P.O.V

Me, Zeldris and Ban were in the purgatory for a little while now, I was scared cause I know that the time in the purgatory isn't the same for the humain world. We needed to hurry up right now but we couldn't at the same time because we were trying to not make the demon king know that we are here so we needed to be carefull.

I don't know how much time pass but we finally found what we were looking for, we quickly take the book and we were about to leave when we heard something we didn't like behind us. Zeldris make us leave the purgatory after hearing that sound. Ban didn't understand but I did understand why did he do that. We needed to go back as fast as we could !

Ban was very confus but I was very scared for my brother, we heard people scream and when we went back we see that Merlin was on the floor bleeding a little. I went straight to see if she was okay and she said something that make my heart skip a beat.

"Some demons take away the commandements that we had...."

So it's was I though....

I ask Elizabeth to come here and to heal Merlin injuries even if it wasn't that bad I would still rather that she heal it. After that I then told Merlin that we had found the book we were looking for. She ask me to give it to her and that's what I did. After I give it to her she ask me to go with her with Elizabeth and we follow her.

Fafnir P.O.V

I was till talking with Sariel and Helbram in my room, I was wondering if Meliodas and Ban were already back from the purgatory. I ask Helbram to go see so I could talk a little with my brother alone. It has been a long time since I last talk to me brother alone. Helbram pull away off the hug and went out of the room to see if they were back or not. 

"It's been a while that we last talk alone." 

I said to him, he smile at me and nodded. 

"Are you doing good ?"

I look away from a moment. After some seconds I finally look at him.

"Not really but I'm better then yesterday or this morning." 

I look at him and smile. I could see that he was still worried but he sill smile at me back. 

"I'm glad you are a bit better." 

"Yeah I'm glad too...."

Some minutes pass as we start to talk about the old time were we would watch the humains village with Elizabeth and Tarmiel and when Ludociel would catch us he would always tell us that we had better thing to do instead of watching the humains. I remember when Elizabeth was still a baby and that we needed to take care of her, she was so adorable ! It's kinda sad to see how much she grow up.

"Yeah she really grow up to be a beautiful lady now."

Said Sarie. We just giggle together remember the time when we would take care of her, teach her how to fly, teach her how to talk, to talk and thing like that.

Some minutes pass and Elizabeth come in the room with a smile in her face.

"The curse is finally broken !" 

She said happily, we both look at her surprise and after a little while I went straight to hug her. After huging me for a while she ask me to go back to bed and continue to rest.

Meliodas enter the room very upset. I ask him what was wrong and he explain to us everything, about the fact that the ten commandements were back in the demon world and that Zeldris was still in the purgatory stuck here because of the demon king and that they will probably have to fight soon, I said that I was ready to fight but they didn't wanted to let me fight because I was still sick and still needed to rest.

I didn't wanted to rest I wanted to help them to fight but they didn't wanted me to ! Helbram enter the room and said that he will stay with me will the other will fight. I sigh and accepte after a moment, they smile and leave the room as Helbram stay in the room.
