The Talk

a/n:this is gonna be where Tony (your dad) has "the talk" with Daisy before your first date.

Y/n pov:

I was just putting on some makeup before my date with Daisy and I had decided to wear a cute black dress with a leather jacket on top with some red lipstick aswell and I let my hair down into waves for our date.

I grabbed my phone from my dressing table to text Daisy that I'm ready and she replied saying that she's on her way to pick me up now.

I walked into the living room where I saw my parents watching tv with my little sister Morgan but I walked past them as I was walking to get my doc marten boots so I could put them on until my dad walked up to talk to me.

"Wow you look good Y/n,can't believe my little girl is going on a date and has a girlfriend" my dad said.

I playfully rolled my eyes at him as I was putting on my shoes.

"Dad me and Daisy have been dating for over a week now,and I trust her a lot so that means you can trust her" I said cringing at my dad's protectiveness.

"Yeah I know honey,but I still need to give her the talk because she's dating my daughter so it's important to" he replied.

A few minutes later the doorbell rang and I went to go open it and when I opened it I saw Daisy wearing the prettiest red dress ever and her hair was styled into a bob kinda hairstyle and oh my god she looked so beautiful I was internally gay panicking.

"Wow Daisy you look magnificent oh my god" I said looking at her in amazement.

She smiled at me and then replied,"Thank you and so do you sweetheart the red lipstick really suits you"

I smiled back to her (having butterflies in my stomach after her compliment) before we both leaned in to kiss each other before she stepped in to my home.

"Um Daisy my love um my dad kinda wants to have the talk with you before our date but please don't feel awkward because he's just overprotective so it will go ok I hope" I said.

"It's fine I'll go talk and then we can go for our date" she said giving me a small kiss on the cheek before walking away.

Daisy pov:

I was walking into the living room to speak to Tony/Y/n's dad as he wanted the talk with me and I could tell Y/n was nervous about it but I told her not to worry as I can tell her dad is only looking out for her and I'm her girlfriend who loves her a lot so I guess I have to do this.

"Hey Mr Stark,Daisy pleasure to meet you" I said putting my hand out to shake his hand.

"Nice to meet you Daisy" he replied shaking my hand.

"So since you're dating my daughter I just wanted to say a few things" he said.

I gulped before replying,"Yeah I'm really glad I'm with her she's the best"

"That's nice to hear because I'm glad she has a girlfriend like you who cares about her,but if you break her heart I will hunt you down" he said.

"You don't have to worry about that because I'll look after her and I'll always love her I promise" I said giving him a soft smile.

A few minutes later I went back out to reunite with Y/n who was patiently waiting for me in the hall and she took my arm and we both went out to a fancy restaurant together and then we watched the sunset by the river together whilst sharing a kiss and it was honestly the best night of my life.
