3. Reunion (Part-1)

Kaira stands before mirror. Packing her bag for upcoming wedding. She takes deep breaths to calm her nerves.

Kaira (whispering to herself) You can do this Kaira. It's just a wedding and you are stronger now.

She placed items into her bag, her hands trembling slightly as she thinks about seeing Aarav after five years.

Kaira (looking determined) No more running away from past. It's time to face it.

Kaira arrives at the wedding venue, her heart pounding with nervous excitement. She steps out of her car, adjusting her outfit and taking deep breath.

Kaira (to herself) Here goes nothing.

As Kaira walk towards entrance, her bestfriend Akash approaches with Siddharth and Rohini.

Akash (grinning) look who's finally here.

Kaira (smiling and hugging them all) It's good to see you all.

Rohini (teasing) Someone looks nervous.

Kaira (chuckling) Maybe just a little.

Siddharth (winking) Don't worry Kaira we're here.

Akash (playfully) Yeah to make sure you don't bolt if you see someone.

Kaira (hitting his arm) Akash.....

They all laugh lightening the atmosphere.

Kaira, Akash, Rohini, and Siddharth find a cozy spot to sit and catch up away from the wedding festivities.

Kaira (settling in) It's been so long since we all got together like this.

Rohini (smiling) I know, right? Life has been keeping us busy.

Akash (nods) But today, we're all here to celebrate Ritika and Tarun's big day.

Siddharth (raising his glass) To love and new beginnings.

All (toasting) To love and new beginnings!

Kaira (looking at her friends) So, how's everyone been?

Rohini (enthusiastic) I finally started my own business. It's been a whirlwind, but I'm loving every bit of it.

Akash (grinning) And I'm working on launching a travel blog. Trying to share my adventures with the world.

Siddharth (smiling) I've been busy with my job, but I've also been getting into painting lately. It's a nice way to unwind.

Kaira (smiling) That's amazing, guys. I'm so proud of all of you.

Akash  (teasing) And what about you, Kaira? We know you've been focused on your career.

Kaira (nods) Yeah, I've been putting in a lot of effort, but... I'm starting to realize that there's more to life than just work.

Rohini (looking at her knowingly) Is there something else on your mind, Kaira?

Kaira  (looking thoughtful) Maybe... reconnecting with old friends, facing my past... It's is a journey of self-discovery.

Siddharth (supportive) Well, Kaira, we're here for you every step of the way.

Kaira (teary-eyed) Thank you, guys. Your support means the world to me.

They share a warm and heartfelt moment.

Siddharth's phone starts ringing, displaying Aarav's name on the screen.

Siddharth  (pulling out his phone) Excuse me, guys. It's Aarav.

He answers the call, stepping away from the group.

Siddharth (on the phone) Hey, Aarav. What's up?

Aarav (V.O.) (from the other end) Siddharth, I need a favor. My car broke down, and I'm stranded a few miles away from the venue.

Siddharth (concerned) Are you okay? Where exactly are you?

Aarav (V.O) I'm fine, just frustrated. I'll text you my location. Can you come pick me up?

Siddharth (absent-mindedly) Yeah, of course. I'll be there soon.

He hangs up and returns to his friends.

Akash (raising an eyebrow) Everything alright, Siddharth?

Siddharth (nods) Aarav's car broke down nearby. I need to go pick him up.

Kaira (concerned) Is he okay?

Siddharth (smiling) Yeah, he's fine. Just a bit annoyed.
He excuses himself, promising to return shortly.

Siddharth's car pulls up, and Aarav gets in.

Aarav (sitting down) Hey, Siddharth. Thanks for picking me up.

Siddharth (smiling) No problem. It's been a while, hasn't it?

Aarav (nods) Yeah, way too long. How have you been?

Siddharth (grinning) Busy as always. But I guess you're used to that too.

Aarav (softly) Yeah, business has its demands.

Siddharth (looking at Aarav) So, anything new in your life?

Aarav (sighs) Actually, yeah. I ran into Rhea my bestfriend.

Siddharth (raising an eyebrow) Really? How did that go?

Aarav (shrugs) It was... a surprise, to say the least. We caught up a bit, talked about old times.

Siddharth (smiling) Well, sometimes life has a way of bringing people back together.

Aarav (nods) True. How about you? Any new developments?

Siddharth (chuckles) You won't believe this, but I've found someone, Aarav. Her name is Rohini, and she's incredible.

Aarav (sincerely) Oh you mean your collegemate Rohini. I'm really happy for you, Siddharth. You deserve all the happiness.

Siddharth (grateful) Thanks, Aarav.

As they continue driving, Siddharth can't contain his excitement.

Siddharth (looking at Aarav) You know, someone else is here at the wedding venue.

Aarav (raising an eyebrow) Who?

Siddharth (grinning) Kaira. She's here too.

Aarav (surprised) Kaira? Seriously?

Siddharth (nods) Yeah, it's quite the reunion, isn't it?

Aarav (overwhelmed) I... I didn't expect that.

Siddharth (smiling) Life has a funny way of bringing people back into our lives, doesn't it?

Aarav (softly) Yeah, it does.

Their conversation is filled with unspoken emotions as they near the wedding venue.
