Chapter 2

Maio Luo watched Feng Jiu sleep. Her shadow sitting on a bolder nearby incase she wakes up before Nie Chuyin arrives.

After setting up a wild goose chase for Doug Hua to give her the time she needed, Miao Luo contacted Nie Chuyin.

She ordered him to come to Miaoyi Chasm now, and cut the link.

Her qi would cultivate best with dark desires like greed, envy, and lust. However feeding the heart break, hopelessness, and despair she currently has until she breaks...

Hmm it will make an good starting point. Something her qi can build off of. But it would take too much time and energy to do herself. Doug Hua would notice.

However the Tiangang shield posses the biggest problem. The Little Fox will need to come out of it on her own to be able to grab her.

The shield will also need to continually sense danger to prevent it from dropping and reattaching itself to Feng Jiu.

These thing are not really a problem for Miao Luo. However trying to cover the shield when Doug Hua visits, that will be difficult.

There is no real way to hide something that is a part of Doug Hua's own being.

Miao Luo will simply have to behave herself. Go quiet so as not to draw Doug Hua's attention back to her.

Hopefully if Miao Luo doesn't try to attract his attention, Doug Hua will remain focused on trying to find his Xiao Bai. Completely unaware that she is in Miao Luo's cluches.

This won't work forever, if she goes quiet too long after all the ruckus she caused, it will be just as suspicious.

Miao Luo can only hope that Nie Chuyin is able to break the Foxes will by then.

Speaking of the demon. Nie Chuyin walked into the clearing with his right hand man Ah Mang, following. He was innoyed and not at all happy to have to use his cultivation to get there.

However before Nie Chuyin could voice his irritation to Miao Luo's shadow, he caught sight of Feng Jiu.

He raised a questioning eyebrow to Miao Luo's shadow.

"It seems fate has chosen our side this time around. Doug Hua Dijun has taken a fancy to this little fox, but left her completely heartbroken. To make matters even better my second qi resides in her body." Miao Luo explained smiling with malice at the unconscious form.

"I have managed to spread my qi through her meridians but need them to cultivate in order to corrupt her. If we can break her will then rebuild it how we see fit, then we may be able to use her against Doug Hua." Miao Luo continued.

"How do you wish to achieve this?" Nie Chuyin asked feeling disturbingly excited.

A gleam appears in Miao Luo's eye as her sadistic grin grew wider.

Doug Hua teloported to Qing Qiu and was met by the tree spirt Mi Gu.

"Your Majesty! What brings you to the fox den?" Mi Gu asked with a deep respectful bow.

"Has her Highness Bai Feng Jiu returned to the fox den yet?" Doug Hua questioned in a commanding voice.

"Xiao Jiu? No, she has not. Why, has she done something to offend His Majesty?" Mi Gu asked nervously.

"No she has not. Quite the opposite actually. Do you know where she would go while extremely upset?" Doug Hua asked.

"Um, well... Her Highness is closest to her Aunt Bai Qian, Uncle Bai Zhen and Zhe Yan. So the first places I would look for her would be the 10 mile peach orchard or Xiwu Palace." The tree spirt started to explain nervously.
