Chapter 5

(3rd person pov')

After they had found out that Ender was acting a little better Leo asked if he could sit down and read what she was typing, Ender didn't want him to read it but she let him sit down so she could sit on his lap. After a little while Blair walked in the room and asked if Ender was okay again and Leo nodded with a small smile, then Leo had told Blair to go back to watching stuff on the Tv to keep Blair distracted. After a while Ender had spaced off into the small faze again, over and over every hour they sat there so after a while Leo got a bit confused, concerned, and had a big urge to ask questions about this strange happening. Ender sat there in the faze for a while and just sat there but this time she didn't type- anything she just sat there, her arms and hands shaking but she didn't feel any different inside, her emotion on her face had changed she had looked a little confused but when you looked at her eyes she had a white and a blue eye just like the clouds and a diamond. Ender sat there wide eyed but then shook her head a bit and closed her laptop to take a small break after saving her progress of the book. She turns around and adjusts how she was sitting, now her face was lying comfortably on Leo's chest and her legs were wrapped around him. As Ender lay there half asleep she heard a small voice in her head, it sounded like her old mother and father from the End Kingdom, she was scared and she laid there shaking having a small bit of a panic. She sits there after shaking for a while and ends up hugging Leo tighter and tighter in a bit of fear from the visions she was seeing. She was sitting there seeing visions of her dad when her mom had left to go do something and was away from the castle. Her father would throw items like bottles at the floor space near her or at her, she would be scared and her dad always yelled at her, that's when it came to the point where she got so scared and had an urge to leave, she packed her stuff and moved out into the woods for a few years. After the many years she had met Leo because Leo had protected her and tried to offer her some things back then. Later from knowing him 2 nights later is when Ender got found by Chris in the morning, Ender was a bit scared by then and didn't know what to do so then since Leo had came to visit her that day he stood there and his her behind him and protected her, that was when on that day after Ender got more nice with them she was adopted.

Ender immediately started shivering as Leo tried to calm her down, he had figured she had a flashback of something and was worried. A while later they both were calm and had moved to the bed, they cuddled the rest of the night and just enjoyed all they could together.
