His Other Half

"Mk! Open the door!" Pigsy kept knocking on the door. Tang walked back and forth, worried for the well being of Mk. Suddenly, footsteps can be heard from the staircase.

"H-how is he?" Mei was breathing for air. Her shirt was put on backwards, her hair untied. It was clear that Mei wasted no time to get there. "We don't know. As soon as he came back, he went straight to his room. He didn't come out for lunch or dinner." Tang replied anxiously.

"Fine. I'll agree to this alliance. But. You disobey me and I'll make you end up the same fate as your master." Spider Queen said, her eyes not leaving the spider that just had hatched. "But first let's test this first." Spider Queen looked at the scientist.

Rule the city?!" Mk shouted " Mayor I thought we're going to train not to be in this evil scheme!" "Kid, trust me. I know what I'm doing!" Mayor stepped forward but Mk stepped back "No you don't! We've been training for weeks but I still haven't got any of Lady Bone Demon's powers!"

Why did I actually thought I was going to gain something out of this. Of course, he's evil! He's lady bone demon's servant!

The words echoed in his head.

A bird flyed in his room. "What are you looking at?" Mk suddenly said to the bird before sighing "Great, I'm now angry at a bird." He facepalmed. "I'm going insane."

"Yes, you are." The bird said

"AGH" Mk shouted, falling backwards.

"Mk?!" Mk could heard Tang, Pigsy and Mei shouting and banging on the door. But he wasn't focused on that. He was focused on the talking bird, who suddenly turn into the Great Sage, Equal to Heaven "Monkie King?!"

"The one and only!" He waved his staff

More knocking.

"Why are you here?" Mk asked after he calmed himself down.

"I've found a way-" Before Monkie King can finish talking, Mk interrupted "For what?" Monkie King sighs before continuing "I've found a way.. to permanently get rid of lady bone demon's soul out of you."

"WHAT?"

The knocking is louder.

"I went on a trip for a few days. And I 'accidentally' found a way to get rid of lady bone demon's soul out of you. All I need is you to follow me to the celestial realm ("CELESTIAL REALM?!" Mk thought) to complete the process and your consent." Monkie King explained

"Consent?" Mk asks confused. "You must truly want the soul out of you. But obviously you would want the soul out of you. So let's waste no time, shall we?" Monkie King suddenly spawns his cloud and gets on it

"I do." He says before getting on the cloud "This is safe right?" Mk asks. "This is safe right?" Mk repeated the question again "Uhm, Monkie Kin- AGHH." The cloud suddenly flys away through the open window and flys to the sky.

After many attempts, with one final kick, Pigsy finally managed to open the door.

"Mk..?"

Mei, Tang and Pigsy looked around. No sign of Mk

"THAT MAYOR! MK WAS GOING TRAINING WITH THAT RASCAL ANS THEN SUDDENLY HE CAME BACK SUDDENLY LIKE THIS. OHH, HOW I BET IT'S THE DOING OF THAT MAYOR." Pigsy shouted In anger before leaving "Pigsy where are you going?" Tang asks "I'm going to confront that man!" "Pigsy calm down!" Mei says

"Let's find Mk first. He probably sneak off. With a friend, probably. We did hear him talking him with someone." Tangs suggests "Where would he be?" Mei asks "The festival probably. It starts in 3 hours" Pigsy says, his anger of the mayor still hasn't faded. "Let's go then!" Mei quickly ran outside of the room followed by Tang and Pigsy.

"I can't believe I'm actually in the celestial realm!" said Mk as he looks around "I can't wait to list this off my bucket list!" "You put 'go to the celestial realm' on your bucket list?" Monkie King chuckled at the thought "Go big or go home" mk shrugged

"Anyway, be very careful and quiet." "Why?" Mk asks "Well.. I'm not really Uhm.. allowed here." "Wait, are we breaking and entering?!" "Shush!"

"Follow me and be quiet!" Monkie King says as he walks to the direction he's headed. After a few minutes, they arrived, "Follow me." Monkie King says as he enters a room and Mk obeys.

On the floor, there was a ritual circle drawn. Monkie King told Mk to sit right in the center. Monkie King grabbed a book and a jar

"What's the jar for?" Mk asked, "To capture Lady Bone Demon's soul when it escapes your body later. Can't let this soul go to another's body right?" Monkie King joked

"Before we start, are you actually sure that you want her soul removed?" "Of course!" Mk said

Monkie King sighs "Alright.." He read an incantation from the book and then...

Mk opened his eyes. In front of him was him but instead his hair is dark blue with hints of white. One eye was red meanwhile the other was cyan. His yellow jacket has been replaced with an azure one instead

Who are you? Why do you look like me?

Because, I am you. I'm your other half. I hold Lady Boen Demon's soul.

Is this part of the ritual...?

No. But what do I know? Besides you, there only had been 2 people who have gone through this ritual

Mk's other half started approaching him, smirking.

Mk feels frightened because not only does Mk could hear a hint of a female voice when his other half was speaking. But the more his other half talk, the more feminine his voice turns and the more his other half approaches him, he fades into a girl, with dark blue hair followed by white tips, blue eyes. His other half was slowly turning into the infamous, Lady Bone Demon.

Listen here. Mk's other half completely looks and sounds like Lady Bone Demon I am not going to let me efforts go to waste by a ritual. Do you know how many events I had to see unfold? Do you know how many chances I could've left and get a new host? No. I've waited patiently. Soon, my destiny shall be fulfilled. As a bringer of peace and perfection. And soon your destiny will fulfilled too, as merely a host. A pawn, to my game.
