Finding and Meeting Urokodaki

The man then left with his haori making Nezuko shake slightly before relaxing once again. Tanjiro felt like he had forgotten something then remembered " MUICHIRO!"

Tanjiro hurriedly got up and rushed to Muichiro who was starting to look pale. At first Tanjiro was unsure of what to do but in the end up carrying the two, ( Nezuko and Muichiro) one who was dead asleep the other still knocked out, back to his old home. By the time they got back Nezuko was awake and quite exhausted. Tanjiro cleaned his home and buried his family members then paid his respect as Nezuko just watched him sleepily. He later left the home with Muichiro still being carried and Nezuko's hand in his as the ran away from the home never to be seen again.

Tanjiro took them to a nearby cave since the sun was rising up. The burgundy haired boy put his haori neatly on the ground and let Muichiro rest there as Nezuko dug a hole in fear of the sun burning her. Tanjiro went out to find something to carry Nezuko and Muichiro incase he didn't wake up soon. He saw a small village nearby and approached a kind looking guy and asked for bamboo, a basket and some straw. The kind man gave him freely but Tanjiro wanted to pay, they ended up arguing but in the end Tanjiro payed him by force and left to go back to care for Nezuko and Muichiro. Tanjiro got to the cave and weaved the basket with the straw and made a muzzle for Nezuko to use. When he finished the basket he motioned it towards Nezuko who was still in the hole. Tanjio tried to convince Nezuko to enter the basket and at first she was hesitant but soon entered the basket it difficult at first cause of her regular size but she shrank and fit in the basket. Tanjiro patted her head before looking at the boy sleeping peacefully at the corner of the cave and thought ' he's so beautiful when asleep'. He walked towards him to try and wake him up for he was quite tired of carrying the two all together. He called his name while gently tapping him to try wake him up but no response..., he shook him gently yet still no response. Tanjiro was getting worried and remembered what the man who he assumed his name was Giyuu said " exposure of open wounds to demon blood can lead to the person tuning into a demon." then remembered Muichiro had a pretty bad gash on his back.' could he have turned into a demon..? It would explain why he was so pale..' Tanjiro thought. He did not want to risk his closest friend from dying in the sun by carelessly taking him outside to the sunlight. He sighed as he went out to look for another basket to make for Muichiro. soon he got one and made it carefully placing him inside. Muichiro never used to eat properly ever since his parents died causing him to be a little too small for his size making him naturally and perfectly fit in the basket. Nezuko carried on his back Muichiro in front.

Tanjiro started his journey to find Urokodaki. He headed to the foot of Mt.Sagiri as told by Giyuu. On his way he met a Sweet lady and her son, he asked them for directions to Mt.Sagiri and the Lady told him but warned him because many have gone missing during the night. Tanjiro assured her he'd be okay and continued with his journey.it took a while and it was already night time so he let Nezuko out to lessen the weight and let Nezuko take a breather. As they walked at a point they found a building with the lights still on, Tanjiro wondered what people could be doing at this time of night and as he thought he came across the smell of blood. He hurried in the direction of the scent thinking the was an injured person in need of help. when he got to the house he slid the door open " What is the matter!? " he questioned in concern but his eyes widened in horror as he saw dead bodies covered in blood and a demon feasting on them. He almost  screamed. He stood there in shock, horror and fear. The demon noticed him and got irritated " you dare step on MY territory." he sneered. Tanjiro had only one thought in his mind ' A man-eating demon..! ' the demon lunged at Tanjiro while Nezuko stood there staring at the Bloody bodies temptingly. As Tanjiro was being strangled Nezuko struggled to fight the urge to pounce at the bodies and feast on them but her brother was important, her first priority. She kicked off the head of the demon. Tanjiro frightened at the sight quickly shook off the body as the the head flew off and hit a tree leaving a blood stain on the bark of the tree. Tanjiro was amazed but scared of his sister at the same time. At first he thought the demon was dead but the then remembered that it was a demon but by the time he realised the body was about to grab onto him, luckily Nezuko kicked the body further away the opposite direction of where the head landed. Tanjiro couldn't believe his eyes a body moving without it's head..? Unbelievable! The demon was shocked at the fact that a human was with a demon. Tanjiro was even more shocked when the demon talked. The body of the demon lunged at Nezuko, Tanjiro tried to help her fight him off but the head attacked him. Tanjiro swung his hatchet at the head which had grown arms. All Tanjiro could do was watch Nezuko get beaten up by the body and proceed and get thrown into the forest. He tried to fight of the Demon's head to go and assist his sister. Tanjiro used his rock hard head and knock the demons head the threw the hatchet at the tree and the head was now stuck on the tree.

Tanjiro ran off to assist his sister. He ran into the forest as he called her name " Nezuko! Nezuko, Where are you..!?". He soon saw his sister in the distance near a cliff being beaten by the demon's body. Tanjiro lunged at the demon resulting to him and the demon being thrown off the cliff. Tanjiro realised this once the was no ground under him and started to freak out, luckily Nezuko caught him and the demon's body fell of the cliff. The landing of the body was felt by the head causing the demon's head to faint. Tanjiro wanted to take this opportunity to kill the demon once and for all but he hesitated he couldn't do it. Urokodaki showed up later but the demon had died from the sun. Urokodaki was disappointed in him and said he was too kind for his own good. So he slapped him in the process. Later Tanjiro buried the remaining bodies and paid respect to them before carrying Nezuko( the sun was rising so she went back into her basket) and Muichiro all the way to Urokodaki's small house.
