Jennifer's POV
Kenza hesitated before continuing, "So there's another reason I came by. Our lease is ending at the apartment since it's been 90 days already. I was wondering if maybe you could persuade your posh boss to let you have a roommate here... you know, so we can avoid paying that exorbitant rent."
"I can give it a shot, but you'd likely still need to contribute by paying rent or lending a hand around here," I replied cautiously.
"Of course, just keep me updated... is it okay if I stay the night here?" she inquired.
"Absolutely! For now, let's go and tease our ateez boys a little," I said with a playful giggle. Hongjoong immediately patted beside him for me to take a seat and San did the same to Kenza.
The evening went by smoothly, with laughter and nostalgic banter filling up the room. We spent hours reminiscing about our college days and shared inside jokes that left everyone in peals of laughter. The boys from Ateez, despite their superstar status, blended in effortlessly—cracking jokes and sharing stories of their own.
As the night went on, we all slowly made our way to the cozy but spacious living room. San started a fire in the fireplace which gave the room a warm glow, adding to the already inviting atmosphere. WooYoung grabbed his acoustic guitar from the case that had mysteriously appeared during the course of the evening and played a few chords before looking around expectantly.
"Guys! How about an impromptu singalong session? You all can sing whatever you want," he suggested excitedly.
The idea was met with enthusiastic response and as each one of us took turns singing our favorite songs or nostalgic pieces from our past, it felt as if the outside world didn't exist. It was truly a magical night.
When we retired to bed that night, hongjoong's invited me to sleep in his bed and san invited kenza to his.
I blushed at Hongjoong's invitation, unsure of how to respond. We had been flirting with each other all night, and I couldn't deny the attraction I felt towards him, but I didn't want to seem too forward."Are you sure that's okay?" I asked tentatively.
He smiled reassuringly. "Of course. I'll behave, I promise."
Grinning, I followed him to his bedroom, my heart racing with anticipation. As soon as we entered the room, he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a deep, passionate kiss. I melted into his embrace, my body responding to his touch.
As we undressed each other, I couldn't believe this was happening. I had always been attracted to Hongjoong, but I never thought he would feel the same way about me.
As he trailed kisses down my neck and made his way to my breasts, I moaned with pleasure. He knew exactly how to touch me, how to make me feel like a million bucks. I could feel myself getting wetter by the second.
It was a bittersweet moment when he finally entered me. I had waited for this for so long, I just couldn't believe he was finally mine. I clung to him as he thrust into me, his every movement bringing me closer to the edge. My orgasm rocked through me, and I cried out in pleasure. He followed shortly after, and as he pulled out, I could feel the warmth of his seed fill me.
I couldn't believe how lucky I was, to be with someone as special as Hongjoong. Smiling, I snuggled closer to him, relishing the warm feeling of his skin on mine.
As the morning sunlight streamed through the curtains, I slowly woke up tangled in Hongjoong's arms. The events of last night played in my mind like a dream, and a smile tugged at the corners of my lips. I couldn't deny the strong connection I felt with him, and I hoped this wasn't just a one-night stand.
I gently extricated myself from his embrace and got out of his bed, searching for my clothes. Once dressed, I looked back at him, still peacefully asleep, and couldn't help but feel a pang of uncertainty. What exactly did last night mean for us? Would we just go back to being friends, or was there something more?
Not wanting to overthink things, I decided to take a shower and freshen up. As the warm water cascaded down my body, it helped to clear my mind and focus on the present moment. I deserved to enjoy this newfound connection with Hongjoong, without worrying about what could happen in the future.
After getting dressed, I made my way to the kitchen, hoping to find some coffee to wake me up fully. To my surprise, San and Kenza were already there, chatting animatedly over breakfast.
"Morning, sleepyhead," Kenza greeted me with a playful smile. "Did you have a good night?"
I blushed and nodded, not wanting to reveal too much just yet. "Yeah, it was... amazing."
San chuckled, his eyes sparkling mischievously. "I thought I heard some noises coming from Hongjoong's room last night. Looks like things went well for you two."
I playfully swatted his arm, my cheeks turning an even deeper shade of red. "You guys have no boundaries, do you?"
Kenza shrugged, not the least bit apologetic. "When it comes to our friends, no boundaries exist. We just want everyone to be happy."
Her words resonated with me, reminding me of the bond we all shared. These people had been there for me through thick and thin, and I couldn't imagine my life without them.
Over breakfast, we discussed our plans for the day. Ateez had a busy schedule, with rehearsals and interviews lined up, but they had a break in the afternoon. Kenza and I suggested having a picnic in the park, and the boys readily agreed.
As we gathered our things and headed out, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. The events of last night had brought us even closer, and I wanted to savor every moment with these amazing people.
The park was abuzz with activity, families enjoying the sunny day and children running around chasing each other. We found a cozy spot under a large oak tree, spreading out our blankets and setting up a makeshift picnic.
The laughter and camaraderie continued throughout the day, with Ateez joining in our games and Kenza and I teasing them mercilessly. It was a picture-perfect day, filled with laughter, good food, and even better company.
As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow over everything, it felt like time had slowed down. Sitting there surrounded by friends and the beauty of nature, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of gratitude.
As the day came to an end, we packed up our things and made our way back to the apartment. Ateez had to leave for their next engagement early the next morning, but we promised to keep in touch and plan another get-together soon.
Back in OUR apartment, San apparently okayed Kenza to move in, Kenza flopped down on the couch, exhaustion evident in her face. "That was such a fun day, but I'm so tired now."
I chuckled, feeling the fatigue myself. "Tell me about it. I think I'm just going to crash in my bed."
As I walked to my room, a sense of calm washed over me. The rollercoaster of emotions from the past 24 hours had left me a little drained, but also strangely content.
I climbed into bed and closed my eyes, replaying the events of the day in my mind. Despite the lingering uncertainty about my relationship with Hongjoong, I knew one thing for sure - I had an amazing support system in my friends, and that was enough to see me through whatever lay ahead.
As I drifted off to sleep, a smile found its way onto my lips. Whatever the future held, I was ready to face it, knowing that I had incredible people by my side.
Everything was falling into place.
