Crazy sat in the waiting room, sucking on a lollipop he'd snagged before closing shop. He was draped over the arm rests of a chair and typing away on his phone. He was mostly just texting his brother and checking the arrival times of some shop stuff.

He was here for an appointment, yes, but was also there to pick up more of his prescriptions. When he first realized that magic suppressors had been part of the prescriptions, he was outraged. It felt wrong to even think about forcing down what little magic he had in the first place. But, when he almost lost it in front of a kid, that outrage evaporated in an instant.

He had to admit that he was doing better now after starting therapy. Yes, he still could lose it or just get overwhelmed, but he supposed it wasn't as bad as before. Maybe he'd be more willing to talk today.

The doctor rubbed at his temples, praying that the pain would go away soon. He supposed this was his punishment for staying up so late to finish off paperwork, but he couldn't say he really cared all that much for his sleep.

He had one more appointment to get through and he was sure he could handle it. He just needed to take some pain meds for the headache.

He popped a couple in his mouth and took them dry. He was used to it.

Someone knocked on the door, making him look up. Oh yeah, that last appointment. Who was it again?

Toriel opened the door for him, Crazy muttering his thanks. He was back in the room he'd had his first appointment in, Asy's desk separating the two of them.

Crazy gave his best smile before dropping onto the chair, "How's it goin, doc?"

"You seem more cheerful today," Asy said, tilting his head with a smile. "What's the occasion?"

"I just feel better," Crazy said. "Those magic suppressors you gave me help me feel like I have some control in all this."

"You're welcome," Asy said with a smile. "Now, will he be talking today?"

"A little bit I suppose," Crazy said, giving him a sharp smile.

The doc smiled warmly, raising his pen, "Where would you like to begi-."

Crazy's smile dropped as the doctor stared at him. It wasn't staring as though waiting for him to speak. It was... fear. Why would the doctor be afraid of him?

"Uh, doc? You okay?" he asked, looking over his shoulder in case he was actually staring at something near the door.

Asy started muttering stuff under his breath as he continued staring, his hand wandering underneath the desk.

"Is everything okay?" he tried again. What was going on?

No. No. No. He was hallucinating. Gaster wasn't in front of him. Crazy, his patient, was in front of him.

Despite the thought process, his magic was spiking and soul was pounding with fear. Was that headache... no, he could've sworn it was just a stress headache. Not indicative of what was happening right now.

He knew he didn't have anymore magic suppressors on himself nor in his office. All of them had been used throughout the day and, in his pain, he'd forgotten to ask Toriel to bring some more.
