"Behind you!", Yugo called out, as he jumped out of his portal. Chibi turned around, immediately putting his portal up, when he saw Yugo fall toward him. The next thing Yugo saw was the floor, as he stumbled out of Chibi's portal:"That was a good move." Then he shot a Wakfu beam beside the boy, and a second aimed at him. Again though, the kid managed to avert any damage with the help of his portals.

"Great work Chibi!", Amalia cheered the boy on. And although to her there was something morbid about having to watch the little kid train all day, just so he could fend for his life as soon as the mechasms would arrive, it was important to prepare him for what was to come. Then she turned to Yugo:"I think he could use a break. You've been doing this all morning... Every morning, and he's making good progress."

"Yeah. You are probably right.", Yugo stopped shooting with his Wakfu beams, and relaxed his stance:"That's enough for today Chibi, you can go hang out with Elely if you want to." The white-haired boy huffed, out of breath from using all of his Wakfu:"Really?" He was surprised, and while he always was eager for more practice or lessons, he was also barely to keep himself upright, and desperately longed for a break.

"Yes, you deserve it.", Yugo said, sitting down on a log next to Amalia. The princess and he then watched Chibi dash off between the trees:"Okey! I'll go see Grougal." As soon as he was out of sight, Yugo sighed, throwing his head back:"He's really doing his best... I just hope it'll be enough." "And Grougal? Have you talked to Adamai?", Amalia was aware, that Yugo would probably have more luck asking him about Grugal, than asking his twin. Most of the time she felt like the dragon and here were only really talking because they both had Yugo in common.

He sighed again, this time even deeper, when thinking about what Adamai had told him regarding the dragon's training:"Not well. Grougal isn't really great at following orders if he doesn't see the point." And for the little dragon, a threat that he couldn't see, or even really understand was not reason enough.

"Do you think they will be fine?", Amalia looked him deep into the eyes, Yugo looked back, not breaking the eye contact:"I hope." "I am sure they will be.", she reached for his hand, lightly squeezing it in the hope of reassuring her friend.

For a second he was surprised before he felt the heat in his face. Nevertheless, he lifted his hand, and reached for hers, holding it tightly. He didn't look at her, one that he was visibly ashamed of. he knew, that she was looking right at him. Yugo immediately regretted taking her hand but still didn't let go of it.

What was he thinking? What was she supposed to think of him now? It had been a mere instant to reach for her hand, yet he feared that  The situation was still the same as back in Oropos Tower. His different appearance didn't change anything about his longevity. The situation was still the same, he had to let go of her hand, but every part of him just wanted to keep on holding it forever.

Being with her made him calmer, although right now his heart was beating fast, scared to move by even a single inch, scared the moment would pass too soon, her warm hand just felt right in his.

"I'm scared of what's to come Amalia.", he spoke her name with a softness, that almost made her blush before she looked away from him:"Yeah. Me too," "Then, how do you deal with it?", there was a hint of desperation in his voice, as the Sadida took a second to think about his question:"I don't know. Not really anyhow I suppose. And you?"

"I suppose the same.", he paused again, stuck in a limbo of fear and anxiety, that had been everpresent in the last few weeks:"Just... Breathing." That was the last that was said before they returned to sitting in silence, Amalia's hand still in her friend's, neither of them letting go of the other.

"I like your new clothes by the way.", the princess said at one point, smiling at her friend. Now his cheeks reddened to the point, where he could visibly feel the heat spread below his skin. "Thanks. I am still getting used to them.", he took his free hand, to lift the cape, that was now connected to his hat. Although with this new outfit, his hat was more of a hood.
