I've been up for a few hours, eagerly waiting for Niki to arrive. I was so excited. I just really, really hope I don't get caught.

*knock knock*

It must be Niki!!

I rush over to the door, still in my pajamas and my hair a mess. I open the door really fast and am met with a pink haired man. Oh. Its Techno. I wish it was Niki but I won't complain.

"Um hi..." He says, looking at the floor. I just realized how awful I must look. I try to straighten my hair up.

"Hi, did you need something?"

"Uh.. I have something for you." He says, handing me a red box and scratching his head in a nervous manner.

"Oh wow, thank you." It felt weird, getting a gift. I walk into my room to go sit on my bed, and he follows closing the door behind him.

I pull the lid off, and a stunning chocker sits in the box. It has a diamond shaped pattern and white stones inside. It was beautiful.

"I just thought you would like it..? Im so sorry if you don't, I can return it-"

"No no its beautiful, I just don't receive gifts often. " I say, looking down at the chocker in my hands.

"I think it would match your dress nicely." He says, looking at me smiling softly.

I nod and walk over to my vanity to place it down for later. I turn around and see he got up and was right infront of me. I jump slightly. Why the fuck is he so silent.

"Oh sorry I didn't mean to scare you." He laughs.

"No, it's okay." I laugh.

He grabs my waist with one hand and spins me to have my back against his chest. I'm now looking at us in the vanity mirror. A sly smirk across his face and his hand holds my waist.

"You're going to look so beautiful tonight." He says in a low tone as he uses his other hand to tilt my chin up to look up at him. My face is so red right now. He lets out a laugh at my flushed red face.

"You're so red right now." He laughs again and pulls both his hands back and turns to leave.

"Hey Techno!"

"Hm?"

"You know if you like the color red so much, why don't you do that more often?"

"I can only tease you so often, Peresphone."

"I suppose Hades."

He smiles and walks out of the door, closing it behind him. I wish he didn't go, though. The way his hand falls so perfectly on my waist and the burn of his fingertips on my face is electric. I want him closer.

*knock knock*

Niki barges in without a second thought, holding a dress bag and a mask in one hand and a makeup bag in the other.
