"How's the view?" I heard Chloe's excited voice.

We're here at the terrace. It's exactly 12, it's hot, but I'm thankful that there's a shed up here. I'm looking at the view, and Chloe's right.

"It's the perfect view for me to do my project." Lumingon ako sa kanya, nakita kong may hawak siyang plato na naglalaman ng cookies. I walked closer to her and grabbed one for myself.

"Kidding. Alam ko namang kahit i-guilt trip pa kita, you'll never come with me." I flicked my right eyebrow at her, partnered with a wicked smile.

"Napapadalas aya mo sa akin lately, ha. Don't tell me-"

"Duh! No, ah." Tensed shoulder, an eye that can't hold eye contact, and a shaky voice. Gosh, I know her so well.

"Okay." I'll just let it go. I know when you can't take it anymore, you'll show up at my door, crying. And I'll comfort you, like I always do. Because you're my very best friend.

I turned again at the view, and my lips can't help it but form a sweet smile. The sky, it's so beautiful right now. I bet I won't be able to hide my happiness anymore once I see the sunset in this view.

I've always admired the sky, even with a lot of things hindering me from seeing it so clearly. But now, now that it's free from tangled electric wires, slanted posts, and tall buildings, I don't know if they'll be enough space in my heart for this loving view.
