"I'm done with you. why are you always so cold to me?" a girl with a pink cardigan shouted at a guy that was looking blankly down.

"I feel like I'm the only one making an effort to make this relationship work, but you're not. do you really care?" the girl shouted again but the guy looked another way.

"see? even now you're not paying any attention. you're always like this. whenever i ask where you want to go, what you want as a present, you would just say whatever. i don't get you." she continues, but again, the guy won't even look her in the eyes.

"forget it. do you even like me, zhanghao?" she asked the guy named zhanghao. after seeing no reaction, she sighed, slapped him, and ran away in tears.

"i hate you." she lastly said before finally leaving him with a mark on his cheek.

"..." zhanghao rubbed his cheek and continue to open his list on his note.

"even I wonder why am i doing this..." he said, leaning his head on the wall, sighing, and looking at the sky.

"she dumped you, didn't she?" a guy with blonde hair asked zhanghao who was spacing out, putting his food down and mixing it.

"stop playing with your food." another guy said, slapping zhanghao's spoon with his spoon instead.

"she did. I'm not sure what I did wrong." zhanghao confessed, but the guy with brown chestnut hair rolled his eyes.

"you don't know how to treat a woman right. why are you doing this even when you don't like them?" the guy said once again, but zhanghao continue to eat his food.

"you have some serious issues, dude." the blonde guy said, playing with his phone.

then, a notification came from zhanghao's phone, it was from an unknown number. zhanghao immediately picked his phone up and check.

"there's something i want to tell you. meet me near the staircase on the fourth floor!" the text said as zhanghao read it out loud.

"see, it's the same old format. you're so popular and for what, hao?" his friend said, nudging zhanghao's shoulder.

"i can't really control it, taerae." zhanghao replied, putting his phone down and grabbing his bag.

"dude, you don't even know her." the blonde guy scolded, but zhanghao paid no attention.

"it's fine. I'll just meet her," he said before leaving the cafeteria to go to his next class.

"geez, that guy never learns. three days ago it was that hot senior from accounting and he got dumped. I saw another red mark on his cheek today." taerae complained as ricky shook his head in disbelief.

"today was that girl from history, she was really cute too, but I guess she dumped him." the blonde guy said, sighing once again.

"he's hopeless, but again we can't meddle in his business." taerae rolled his eyes, continuing to eat his lunch until they were both finished.

on the other hand, hanbin and his friends are trying to find a way to get people's attention so they would rent hanbin. since they don't want hanbin to look really desperate for money, they used matthew's account to promote since people around the university know matthew for being a mega extrovert anyway.

"okay, I made the account. I may be an astronomy student, but look at this amazing editing skill." matthew then showed a digital poster of hanbin's rent a boyfriend service. both jiwoong and hanbin found it cool so they opened their mouth while adoring it.

"damn, you're actually good. with this, we can start opening the account." jiwoong said, even though it sounded pretty weird in the beginning but it was the easiest way to earn money, especially for someone like hanbin.

they made the rules and what to do/not to do while using the service. they agreed on the price and have made a contract so the buyer can sign it. after a while of opening the service, matthew's account is packed with comments and private messages.

"woah! guys, look!" matthew opened his laptop to show how many people are actually lining up in his DMs to go on a date with hanbin.

"I- didn't know that it would be this fast..." hanbin covered his mouth in disbelief.

"of course, you're sung hanbin after all." jiwoong punched hanbin's shoulder lightly while giggling.

"I'll sort it out first. let's see..oh! this girl from the same major as you requested a date on the xxx park!" matthew shouted, informing hanbin about the location.

"woah, she's willing to pay any price. must be a hardcore fan." matthew gasped, his hands replying to the DM. he typed the bank account number immediately after she agreed on the contract.

"I do feel she likes to stare at me..." hanbin mumbled.

"okay so, this saturday it is. congratulations on your first job, let us know if you need further help since you'll be managing this on your own after this." matthew threw a high five at hanbin and jiwoong.

"a-alright but what am i supposed to do on a date?" hanbin asked before jiwoong slapped his forehead gently.

"just- buy her a nice meal and have a lovely talk. don't forget to compliment her effort with the makeup or the clothes, just- yeah." jiwoong gave a piece of advice to hanbin as he nodded with a determined face which matthew find funny.

"maybe we should-"

"you're not kidding, right?" when hanbin was about to finish his sentence, a loud female voice was heard by them who were in an empty classroom. the voice must've come from the staircase outside the class.

"you would accept me?" the voice continue, making hanbin a bit worried since the voice was a bit shaky.

"wait a bit guys." with that, hanbin walked outside the class, opening the door, revealing two people standing near the stairs.

"but why-" the girl with long hair was stunned to see hanbin, she was unable to continue her sentence.

"oh? it's you-" hanbin was surprised to see the girl. she was the one who wanted to rent him and is in the same major as him.

"hanbin-" she covered her mouth and immediately went away after picking up her bag from the floor, leaving both hanbin and the other guy.

hanbin saw the other guy glance at him as hanbin gulped in nervousness. he couldn't help but feel some sort of intimidation coming from him, but he tried to hide it by nodding his head.

the guy just looked at him blankly and went down the stairs, leaving hanbin alone in confusion.

"why is he staring at me like that..."
