Thea was already in Transfiguration class, wondering where were Harry and Ron. She looked at the door from time to time, waiting to see two familiar faces entering the classroom.

Professor McGonagall had transformed into a tabby cat minutes ago and was now looking at us while sitting at the table. Thea glanced at her sometimes, amazed by her professor.

Suddenly Harry and Ron rush into the class, getting many curious glances for the interrupted calm aura in the class.

"Whew! Made it! Can you imagine the look on McGonagall's face if we were late?" Said Ron while breathing heavily.

Professor McGonagall then jumped from the table, transforming herself again into her human form. "That was bloody brilliant!" Said Ron, amazed.

"Thank you for that assessment, Mr. Weasley. Perhaps, it'd be more useful if I were to transfigure Mr. Potter and yourself into a pocket watch. That way, one of you might be on time." Said professor. "We got lost." Harry said.

"Then perhaps a map? I trust you don't need one to find your seats." Professor McGonagall said and then the class continued. Ron and Harry sat behind Thea. Ron asked Thea what they had to do which Thea responded kindly.

After Transfiguration, the group of four went to their next class, Potions. Thea was very excited, she had been expecting this class since she got her letter.

Thea was sitting on Harry's right side while Ron was sitting at her right, Hermione was sitting on Harry's left side. The class was waiting for Snape, so the class could begin while whispering to each other.

Suddenly the door slams open and Snape comes rushing in, some flinched while he did so.
"There will be no foolish wand-waving or silly incantations in this class. As such, I don't expect many of you to appreciate the subtle science and exact art that is potion-making. However, for those select few..." He said while looking at Draco, who smiles "...who possess the predisposition, I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses. I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory and even put a stopper...in death."

Snape looks at Harry, writing what Snape said in his lecture down, in, his view, not paying attention. "Then again, maybe some of you have come to Hogwarts in possession of abilities so formidable that you feel confident enough... to not... pay... attention." Thea nudges Harry, finally making him look up to the Professor. Snape then walks closer to Harry. "Mr. Potter. Our... new... celebrity. Tell me, what would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" Hermione raises her hand, but Harry shrugs. "You don't know? Well, let's try again. Where, Mr. Potter, would you look if I asked you to find me a bezoar?" Hermione's hand raises, Thea does it too, this time.

"I don't know, sir."

"And what is the difference between monkshood and wolfbane?" Snape asks again.

"I don't know, sir."

"Pity. Clearly, fame isn't everything. Is it, Mr. Potter?" Snape says while Draco has a smirk spread in his face.

"Clearly, Hermione and Dorothea know. Seems a pity not to ask them."
Hermione and Thea look a bit surprised as everyone laughs.

"Silence." He turns to Harry, looking a bit insulted; Harry seemingly gulps. Snape then walks over to his desk. "Put your hand down, you silly girl." He says to Hermione and then sits in front of Harry, and leans towards him. "For your information, Potter, asphodel and wormwood make a sleeping potion so powerful it is known as the Draught of Living Death. A bezoar is a stone taken from the stomach of a goat and it will save you from most poisons. As for monkshood and wolfsbane, they are the same plant, which also goes by the name of aconite." Thea was copying down Snape's words for possible later use, the rest of the class was quiet. "Well?" He says to the class. "Why aren't you all copying this down like Wolbellthorn?" The students obey Snape and start to write down what Snape said. Snape returns to his desk, and dips his quill into some ink. "And Gryffindors, note that one point will be taken from your house... for your classmate's cheek." Snape then starts writing; Hermione looks at Harry and then starts writing. Harry looks at Snape, who turns slightly and then continues writing.
