The frog king and turtle queen

The beginning

In every kingdom, there's always something that other kingdoms day dream over, like the frog kingdom, and the turtle kingdom. Our beloved frog king had married the turtle queen despite what law says and lived happily ever after... or, could it be a whole different tale?

Before the marriage of the king and queen turtle, they had to sign a contract that has you never leave one's side, especially during war. War came and has been going on for months, until sadly, the frog king passed away out of a heart attack.

The frog kingdom is known for being clever kinds and have many gold stashes secretly locked away at the kingdom. The turtle kingdom is known for being evil, selfish, and ruthless. One day, both kingdoms have discovered gold buried right in between their kingdoms and decided to each take share of the gold and to never tell any other kingdoms. During that time, the frog prince and turtle princess have been secretly seeing each other and talked for hours about their days, but that was a long time ago. Both reptiles made a promise to never leave each others side even before marriage had happened. It's true that both loved one another, but what they didn't expect is for all the other kingdoms to slowly figure out about the gold and got severely jealous over the two kingdoms and declared war. In those months, the former king frog had passed away and the prince frog had been promoted to king. At first, the poor frog had no idea what to do and how to take care of the war situation, but slowly, he managed to make allies with some other kingdoms and helped each other only for the gold that the newly promoted frog king promised.

"In the name of the Holy Spirit, I now solemnly declare you husband and wife",says the priest.

And so, the two kissed and signed the contract. (sorry for repeating things I'm tired)

Time has now passed after the king's supposed 'death' and all the other kingdoms have gone at peace and forgot all about the tragic events from a few years ago. Everyone, except the turtles, that have been secretly planning on how to dominate over all other kingdoms by, of course, using manipulation.

They were thinking on taking over the weakest kingdom first, which is the dodo bird kingdom, known for being weak and harmless little creatures. From the weakest, to strongest kingdoms, but, for that, they're going to need to make alliances with other kingdoms, but how? Ask the turtles.

"Sir, I'm sure you have better things to do right now, but you have an appointment with the dodo birds tomorrow, so you're gonna have to get ready to attack and- uhm, sir?"

"Yes, yes Theodore, what do you need? Can't you see I'm relaxing in my luxurious jacuzzi? Now, shoo, get out before I send the guards" ,says the king.

"Yes sir, right away. Oh, you also have an appointment with the crocodiles, remember? You need to brainwash them into thinking that they can be seen as normal and not scary by the other kingdoms so that they can join us while we're actually just pretending" addresses Theodore.

"Oh, yes. Say, when is the appointment again? I'm kinda behind on the 'special schedule', so, Theo. Would you be a dear and recap everything? Thanks, now leave",bluntly says the king.

"But, sir- the schedule, what abo-."

"OUT, Theo. I said OUT, kings orders."
