❝ gotta laugh at the stupidity. ❞
⇄ ◃◃   ⅠⅠ   ▹▹ ↻

I'm lucky I'm good at everything I do or I would've been shit embarrassed downstairs. I walk up the stairs and head to Isa and Pablo's room.

They can say it's only Isabel's room and Pablo just has a drawer in it but everyone knows he freaking lives here and his apartment is just for looks.— And whenever they wanna do it without Pedri around.

I knock on the door just for the sake of saying I knocked and walk in. "Isabel!" I yell out as I drop dead on her bed.

Pablito — her golden retriever, that yes is named after her boyfriend. Long story short, he bought it for her when he heard that her parents never let her have one so she never got one herself and she got overwhelmed and named him after him and blah blah blah. I swear they're not that weird, you should know their whole story to understand them. — runs to me and licks me all over my face as I caress him

"What!?" She yells back from her bathroom, probably just finishing her shower.

"Your brother and his friends suck. And you were right, the game is actually fun." I tell her. She first asked of me to play with Pablo and second to make her brother feel annoyed since she needed to shower. and couldn't. If I wasn't excited about her first request, I was about the second one and basically dragged Pablo to the living room even though he didn't want to.

She opens the bathroom door and walks in her room, her hair covered in a towel."The game is fun or annoying Pedri is fun?" She asks.

"It's the atmosphere of it all, I guess." I answer and she chuckles. She walks to her closet and grabs a random pair of pajamas which of course are purple because the woman is obsessed with that color.

"Oh, by the way, they have a game tomorrow if you want to come." She tells me when she goes back into her bathroom.

"Watch sweaty men run behind a ball for an hour and a half? I'm good thanks." I turn her offer down very respectfully staring at her ceiling and caressing the dog at the same time.

"Are you gonna leave me alone in a stadium?" I know what's coming next. "I have anxiety. What if I get a panic attack?" She plays the victim, popping her head out of the bathroom with that pouty face of hers.

Isabel never uses her anxiety nor her past depression as an excuse, she didn't even tell anyone about it up until a month ago when she was basically forced to in order to protect Pablo. She's just fucking with me right now, and it's working because I'm now concerned it might happen since it has already happened a couple of times.

"Fuck you." I tell her, she knows that means yes. I pick myself up from her bed, give Pablito a kiss on his head and get out of her room before she tricks me into going dog shopping with her or some shit.

I open the door and am met by Pablo about to open the door himself. "I swear that woman of yours might be the sweetest at times but an A+ manipulator." I tell him.

"All learned from you, Liv." Yeah, he's right but whatever. I blow him a good night kiss along with a smirk before walking past him and head to my new bedroom. Which really needs some remodeling.

Pablo's tiny chuckle is heard as I walk away. The guy has always chuckled to himself whenever I'm just being, me. He's actually one of the first people to ever just immediately accept me as who I am. An arrogant and sometimes terrifying woman who always speaks her mind.

I love Pablo, even though I might not show it. He's like my second little brother.

I go into my room and immediately drop on the bed. It's around ten which means it's eleven back in Lebanon.
