Tsunayoshi

I swear to god, It's hard to make a title, so forgive me lol. Again, don't hesitate to correct my mistakes!

"Tsuna what would you do if you have to face to face with humans?" His father asked him inside of their temporary den.

"Run as fast as I could." He answered.

"Correct. What if they tried to corner you?"

"Intimidate them with your best growl, showing them your sharp teeth. You have to feel the rage building up, hot and white with your hackle raised until you can't feel anything but anger. I have to look twice bigger, chin up and all that. More importantly, no matter how small I am, don't let them see you cowering in fright. If it doesn't work, attack them and keep my distance while waiting for a good opportunity to escape. I have to outsmart them." 

His father stood with his chest puffed out. Felt strongly proud of his answer and I did the same thing as his, standing proudly with a bit of smug. "Excellent. The last thing, what if  they manage to take you away?"

"Umm... First, I have to remain calm while observing my surroundings. Remember every piece of information I could get, street names, blocks, how many u-turns they take, etcetera." 

"Yes, that's right my beloved kit." His father nuzzled him in such a loving manner. "When you get the opportunity to fight back, don't hesitate to do that, if it's possible fight them until they die."

Tsuna didn't like it, he better run away rather than have to kill them. "But Papa I don't like it." Tsuna pouted at his father. "Why do we need to do that?"

"Because we have to be the first one who did it before them. You do know that?"

"I know... but-"

"Tsuna." His father's stern voice made him immediately shut his muzzle. His father gave a disapproving stare. "Humans are cruel, greedy and thirst for power, They'll not  going to show any compassion when they see us, even when we are in danger or injured remember that."

"But you don't know that! Have you already met them all?!"

"Enough. Tsunayoshi!" Iemitsu barked and Tsuna flinched. His tail was tucked between his legs with ears folded back in fright. his father's face was hard as he stared down at his. They kept staring at each other until Iemitsu gave up and let out a heavy sigh.

"I don't need to meet them all to see the truth about humans. I have lived longer than you so I have a lot of experience with them, I have watched my family members being killed by them since I was a kit that's why I don't want to have the same mistakes. I don't want to lose you like how I lost both of my parents." He said sincerely. 

Iemitsu never showed his weakness in front of his family. But, no matter how strong he tries to be, sometimes it's hard to hide, or to disguise, the emotional pain that comes in them anymore especially when bad things haunt him every day. 

Guilty consuming the young kitsune when he sees his father in pain. He walks closer until his head bumps into his father's long leg. "I promised I won't go anywhere Papa and you have to promise to me too do not leave me alone."

"I promised," Iemitsu said without hesitation, giving a long hug and they stayed like that for a while. They both didn't notice someone watching them.

You promised me you were going to be there for me but in the end, you broke them. What kind of father you are. You shouldn't make a promise like that.
