The sun cast its golden hues over the sprawling landscapes of Moors, as Lunika found herself wandering through the vibrant gardens of the royal palace. Her mind was a maelstrom of thoughts.

This morning, in a gathering of the council members of Moors. A topic different from every other peaceful day was discussed.

A letter from Tottoland, the land of the Big Mom Pirates, had arrived at the palace. Curiosity and trepidation mingled within everyone as he, the current leader of the council, father of the deceased king, the previous king of Moors, Gerald Daunt Moors, broke the seal and unfolded the parchment. The contents of the letter confirmed their anxieties - a marriage proposal. Big Mom, the formidable figure that their country owed a debt to, had invoked their agreement. The one wish, no matter how outlandish, that she was promised had now been called upon.

Nestled amidst the cerulean expanse of the Grand Line, In Whole cake Island.

Katakuri was called upon by his tyrant mother, Charlotte Linlin. The door was opened immediately by the guards as he arrived at the Chateau, his elder brother, Perospero came to welcome him in with his signature laugh.

"Kukukuku, mama knew what you've been up to, Katakuri, this is the first time I've seen you make such a mistake... Perorin".

The man paused for a few seconds but resumed his walk to the hall occupied by one and only Yonko on this Island. Deep down he knows this day would come, an arranged marriage is certain to every Charlotte and his mom would never accept her, his lover, Annabeth.

She's a mere commoner who opened a bakery on Komugi Island, the land he governed. A marriage with her holds no benefit to his family. A delicate figure with a shy smile and a passion for baking. People would wonder how someone like Katakuri, with his fearsome appearance and intimidating auras, could be drawn to such a gentle soul. It pained him. Katakuri's heart is torn between duty and love.

After such a long time, this is the first time he had opened his heart to someone outside of his family. In his 30s, he finally found himself a girlfriend and he wants to be with her forever. But he knows that their relationship is impossible from the start.

Being with her makes him feel at rest and peaceful, it wasn't like the time he had his merienda of course but both are joyful moments he cherished. They have been seeing each other for 4 months now and it took him a whole month to ask her out. They are still a very awkward couple, only starting to hold hands a few days ago.

Before he would just go and eat donuts at her bakery. He took a liking to how she would treat every customer with kindness, including him. Katakuri and Annebeth found themselves spending more time together, gradually breaking down the barriers that once stood between them. They engaged in candid conversations, sharing stories of their childhoods, their dreams, and even their insecurities. Katakuri even pulled down his scarf when he's with her, he was 'that' comfortable. Sadly, all this must end...

A knock on the door and a push, the gigantic hall is now in sight.

"Mama..." he called her as he walked closer toward her. His tall stature still radiates calm and seriousness. The lack of vulnerability he shows satisfies her greatly, even though she called for him to reprehend his action she couldn't help but laugh to show her good mood because of her most proud son.

"Mamamama! Katakuri...explain yourself" her giant hands point to his chest, the once beautiful woman has become old in her early 50s, her preference for sweets also starts to catch up to her. The fingers he's looking at starts to become more plump than years before he remembered.

"I have let you down mama, I will end it immediately." as expected of her most loyal son, her lips stretch to form a huge smile.

"Since you know what you did wrong Katakuri, I decided to be kind. Mamamama!"

"I will let that woman live, and you... you will marry someone I chose. A princess from Moors, I've sent a letter and they have replied. Three princesses will be sent for me to choose. Mamamama!" Big Mom's dream of having a diverse array of people on her island stems from her deep-seated longing for a world where differences are celebrated and united. In her vision, Whole Cake Island becomes a harmonious melting pot of cultures, races, and talents, all bound by a shared appreciation for the richness of life.

And people from Moors always have a special place in her heart. She wants them more than giants, and gods know how much she wants giants to be a part of her family. Magic and Power, this marriage will create pure bliss for Charlotte Linlin.

"Yes, mama" Mother's command is absolute. He knows better than to defy her. This is the best outcome he could wish for. Mother decided to let her go, to her, the matter is unimportant enough to disregard. And he was grateful for that. His heart still aches. His mind however, is resolute.
