With a shared nod, Katakuri offered his arm, and Lunika rejected it with a smile.

Instead, she raised one of her arms and put it around his shoulder intimately. It's what she likes to do whenever there's an opportunity that she's with people whose height isn't too different from her. Katakuri was surprised. Then, he thought she must be tired from hanging on the cross so he decided to let it slide and didn't oppose her overly chumminess.

As they walked away from the assembly, the whispers of the Fey lingered in the air, a chorus of hopes and fears echoing in their wake.

Amidst the vibrant and whimsical landscape of Cake Town, Lunika and Katakuri embarked on a journey. The bustling streets and colorful storefronts provided a backdrop to their conversation, their exchange a delicate dance of words and curiosity.

"Sweet commander, I saw quite a lot of people in the hall. Do you know who they are?"

"Other than your group, most of them are sweet officers. My family to be exact"

"Wow, surprisingly, pirates have a very close bond with their crew mates huh? For you to consider them your family. I'm impressed."

"Some are like that, but mine is literally family, we're all mama's sons and daughters."

"No way, you mean you all came from the same womb?"

"You got it"

"That's a lot of descendants! how is that possible!?"

"Mama gave birth to a lot of triplets and quadruplets. I'm also one of the triplets."

"I'm even more impressed! It must be a dream to have that many brothers and sisters. I only have 1 brother, his name is Eric."

As they strolled through the vibrant town, Katakuri spoke of his family, his experiences as a pirate, the challenges he had faced, and the lessons he had learned. Lunika also shared some info about her family, tales of Moors, its enchanting magic, and the legacy she carried as its crown princess.

Their conversation flowed with an unexpected ease, the light-hearted air around her made it easy for anyone to befriend, bridges of understanding forming between two people that had once seemed so distant. With each passing moment, their connection deepened, and the walls began to crumble.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over Cake Town, Lunika and Katakuri continued their leisurely stroll through the whimsical streets of Candy Town, a sense of camaraderie began to blossom between them. The initial tension had given way to easy conversation, their words flowing naturally as they shared stories and laughter.

Lunika's playful spirit emerged as she recounted tales of her misadventures growing up in Moors. Her laughter was infectious, and Katakuri found himself genuinely amused by her candid anecdotes.

"I must admit," Katakuri began with a smile, "I never thought I'd find myself in such lively company. You've managed to brighten up this town even more."

Lunika grinned mischievously. "Well, what's the point of life if we can't bring a little laughter and mischief along the way?"

Katakuri chuckled, his usually stoic demeanor melting in the warmth of Lunika's presence. "You certainly have a unique perspective."

As they wandered through the candy-scented air, their steps gradually led them to a charming little candy shop. The vibrant array of sweets and treats seemed to beckon them inside, With a hint of a smile, Katakuri turned to Lunika. "Would you like to try some candy?" he asked, his tone surprisingly gentle.

Lunika's eyes sparkled with amusement, and she nodded. "I'd be delighted."

and they exchanged a knowing glance before stepping through the door.

The shop was a treasure trove of sugary delights, its shelves lined with colorful confections that glittered like gems. Lunika's eyes widened in awe, her excitement palpable as she took in the array of choices.

Katakuri couldn't help but chuckle at her enthusiasm. "It seems you have a weakness for sweets," he teased.

Lunika playfully nudged his arm. "Don't judge me. Indulging in the sweeter things in life is one of my greatest pleasures."

As they explored the shop, they selected an assortment of candies, each one more delightful than the last. Their friendly banter filled the air, a testament to the newfound connection between them.

After making their selections, Lunika turned to Katakuri with a sly grin. "I have a proposition for you."

Katakuri raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? And what might that be?"

Lunika's eyes sparkled mischievously. "How about we find a cozy spot to enjoy these treats and maybe share a drink or two? My treat, of course."

Katakuri's lips twitched into a half-smile, his curiosity piqued. "You're offering to buy me a drink?"

Lunika's laughter danced on the air. "Why not? Consider it a gesture of friendship. Plus, I've always wanted to experience the local drinks here in Tottoland."

Katakuri nodded in agreement, his expression softening. "Very well, I accept your generous offer."

As they made their way to a nearby tavern, Lunika's playful demeanor took a slightly flirtatious turn. "Just so you know, I can be quite persuasive. You might find yourself agreeing to all sorts of things before the night is over."

Katakuri arched an eyebrow, a hint of amusement in his eyes. "Is that so? I suppose I'll have to be on my guard."

Inside the tavern, the atmosphere was lively, the clinking of glasses and laughter filling the air. Lunika and Katakuri found a quiet corner, their shared platter of candies a delightful centerpiece.

As they sipped their drinks and sampled the sweets, their conversation flowed effortlessly. They exchanged stories of their worlds, their dreams, and their aspirations. The barriers between their backgrounds seemed to fade away, leaving only a sense of kinship.

As the evening progressed, Lunika excused herself for a moment, leaving Katakuri alone with their platter of half-eaten candies. However, as she returned, a mischievous glint danced in her eyes.

She leaned in close to Katakuri and whispered, "I have a confession to make. I promised to treat you to drinks, but there's a slight issue..."

Katakuri raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "And what might that issue be?"

Lunika's lips curled into a mischievous smile. "Well, you see, I didn't exactly bring any money with me when I came here."

Katakuri's surprise was evident, a chuckle escaping him. "You invited me for a drink without having any means to pay?"

Lunika's eyes twinkled with mischief. "Oh, don't worry. I've got it all figured out."

With a swift and unexpected movement, Lunika reached out and tapped the shoulder of a man sitting at the neighboring table. Before he could react, she deftly snatched a small pouch from his belt, a triumphant grin on her face.

Katakuri's eyebrows shot up in surprise, his lips twitching into an amused smile. "I must say, I didn't expect to witness a crown princess resorting to petty thievery."

Lunika's laughter rang out, a mixture of pride and amusement in her eyes. "Desperate times call for desperate measures, my dear Katakuri. Besides, he looked like he could use a lesson in humility."

Katakuri shook his head in disbelief, chuckling despite himself. "You certainly are full of surprises."

As they shared a laugh, the tavern's atmosphere seemed to glow with an undeniable warmth. In that moment, as candy wrappers and laughter filled the air, Lunika and Katakuri discovered a connection that transcended their differences.

With each passing moment, the bond between them deepened, and the seeds of friendship were sown amidst the sweetness of their shared laughter.
