Two hours had passed and the sun was beginning to set, making the sky gleam a magnificent orangey-red color.
"Is Rose here yet?" Frost asked, walking over to Leafblade and sitting beside her to watch the sunset.
Leafblade shook her head in response before turning back to watch the clouds pass overhead.
"Hmmm... It looks like it'll be a clear night tonight!" the two eeveelutions turned their heads to see Dusk and Snow patting out from the shadows.
"What are you guys doing?" Snow asked curiously, blinking and turning her attention to the now darkening sky. "Wow! Look at that!" she exclaimed, pointing with a paw at the millions of stars now shimmering like silver in the light of the full moon.
"Woah!" Leafblade and Frost exclaimed in unison. "That's so beautiful!"
"Anyways... what are you two doing out here?" Dusk asked them the same question that Snow had asked a few moments earlier.
Leafblade sighed softly and turned away from the starlit sky. She turned to face both Dusk and Snow with a worried expression crossing her normally calm features.
"We're waiting for are sister, but now I'm starting to think that we got the day wrong."
Snow and Dusk blinked and glanced to one another with confused looks on their faces.
"You two have another sister?" the small Umbreon asked, a bit shocked to hear that Leafblade and Frost had another sibling.
The two other eeveelutions both nodded in response to the question.
"Yes, yes we do," Frost replied after a few moments of silence. "Their names are Rose and Flurry." The Glaceon quickly explained in an attempt to clear up any confusion that the two Team Steel members might have had.
It was silent for a while after Frost spoke.
Leafblade cleared her throat and shook out her light golden fur. "Enough chit-chat!" she said in a motherly but firm tone of voice. "We should all get some sleep. Oh, and don't forget, Shadow told us to meet up near the willow tree at sunrise."
The other three nodded and with those last words, the four Pokémon split ways and headed to their sleeping platforms to get some rest for the night before it was time to meet up with Shadow in the morning.
