It has been 5 years since that incident. Everything has changed over that time period. Hunter and Mizuki has gotten even stronger. Monkey has been found acceptable in his blacksmithing skill by Railey, the Vanguard of Illusions, and is now under his training to wield the weapons he forges. Myth has never been seen since the incident, even the vanguards haven't seen him since then. Zombie, the Vanguard of Slaying, and Tak, the Vanguard of Gods who was constantly forced to come with Zombie, visits the guild hall from time to time because of that reason. As for One, she is currently abroad setting up an example of her fashion designs. Our lives had took a twist. I really thought we'd all stick together for the last 5 years. But sadly, my vivid thoughts are no more than a silent Utopia.
[23rd of November, Green Fairies Guild Hall, 2:31 P.M]
Mizuki gave the usual look at Kat whenever she came back from training. "Hello dear princess Kat. How did your training go?" "It was fine," she put her hands behind her head while saying the next part of her response. "You know Miz, i've been living in Mageo for almost 5 years. You don't have to worry about me. I'm experienced, i'm strong!" "Exactly. You should note that we're both the same age. I do have to worry about you because you're my friend." Kat looked away, slightly blushing from the oddly kind words. "Right. Well, I'm just gonna get a drink." As she walked up to the bar, Mizuki shouted to Hunter, "Hey Hunter! We're all 18, but she's still a minor!" Kat looked back, responded embarrassingly "Well, did you first drank at the age of 13?! No!" Hunter sighed. "You two, just break it up. It's all in the past." As Kat sat at the bar chair, drinking a cup of DX Cola A+, she noticed that Zombie and Tak came into the guild hall. Their usual greetings were never changed. Zombie and Hunter seemed like buds, friends-till-the-end type of thing. Tak and Mizuki on the other hand, are dead cold to each other. No matter how jolly the other two were, it has seems that the Vanguard of Gods and War Magic User Mizuki just can't get along.
"Hey hey! You know there's gonna be the annual Magic Contest! You think you're up for it?" Hunter gave a grin of confidence to basically challenge Zombie. Zombie however just bursted with laughter with arrogance. "Well, let's see you try! Loser owes the other a free Chang-Chong ice cream bar!" As Hunter complained how expensive that was, Tak and Mizuki were looking away from each other, with Tak at the back of the wall and Mizuki sitting on the guild hall table, like they usually do. "It must seem nice, you two meeting up with us." Tak gave no response. Zombie couldn't hear her. "Right... it sure must be nice..."
[Kat's Room, 8:54 P.M]
As Kat came back from the showers, drying her hair off with a towel in her P.Js, she stopped to think of how she and her friends have ended up in this situation. "How did this come to be. Mizuki and Hunter are the only two friends I can still hold on to. The others are isolated, no where to be found in my line of sight." She walked to her desk, writing down her thoughts in her diary. Usually, it was suppose to fill an entire page, but Kat couldn't handle writing it down at such a late hour. "I wonder... I wonder when I can see all of them again. The 3 missing pieces of the puzzle: One, Monkey, and Myth. If we were all to meet together once again, I would be happy..." She dozed off and unconsciously fell asleep on her desk. She woke up to a sudden crash on her window. She became alert and looked around. Her window was broken and her lights were off. She checked if anything was stolen, but none of her personal belongings were taken. "Who could've done this?..." She looked out the broken window and saw a strange shadowy figure. Her eyes widened. She whipped out Leonic Zodiac and jumped out of her room, attempting to chase the figure. It did not attack her though, but rather fleeing and hoping to lose her.
