Sonic's POV
"Yeah, maybe I can go Wednesday...you know for the surprise." Shadow said through the phone. He laughed. "Well I'll see you later Rouge." He said before hanging up. He looked at me, I looked away. "What's up Sonic?"
I turned to see him. "Do you always have to talk to Rouge?" I asked blushing... I looked away.
"Oh...is someone jealous?" He asked smirking.
"No, it's just...you never have time for me... You're always home late and we rarely get to do anything-" But I cut of as he kissed my lips. The doorbell rang. He grained and let me go.
"I'll get it!" I said running. That must be our dinner. I opened the door.
"2358 Silver Hill Street?" He a young boy asked with a pizza box in his hand.
"Yes." I took the box and gave him the money. "Thank you."
"No problem." He said and walked away. I walked back to the kitchen and set the box down.
"Is that?"
"Pizza? Yeah! And, it's the best kind." I said. I opened the box. Shadow didn't seem amused with what he saw.
"Great job San Fransisco, you've ruined pizza... First the Hawaiians, and now you..." Shadow groaned.
"What's wrong?" I said taking a bite of the cheese and broccoli pizza.
"What's wrong? That's wrong!" He said pointing at the pizza.
"Well, it doesn't contain as much fat as normal pizza, and I can always get used to it." I said. Tails came up stairs.
"That smells delicious!" He said.
"Take a piece. I bought it to share." I said. Tails took a slice and bit it, moaning at the wonderful flavor. "I know right?" I said with my mouth full. Shadow rolled his eyes. "Come on, have a slice..." I told him.
"No thanks. I had a whole broccoli batch on the way..." He said. I knew he was just trying to get out of this. He headed up stairs. I followed him.
"Shadow...wait..." I caught his shoulder. He growled at me. "Shadow?" I asked.
He looked at me, hissing. I let go of him. He walked up to the attic. Geez, grouchy... I walked back down stairs and something amazed me...
"Tails! What are all these people doing here?" I asked. Rouge and Knuckles, Amy and Cream, Charmy, Vector, and Espio were all here. Sally walked through the door with boxes of pizza. Many more boxes laid on the table.
"Pizza party!" Someone shouted. Everyone cheered raising red plastic cups full of soda. Bottles of Coca Cola, Sprite, Root Beer, and Dr. Pepper also were on the table((can't forget that Dr.P)). Music played. I was pulled in by Knuckles.
"Come on Sonic, join the fun!" He said as he patted my back. He walked away and started talking to Vector.
"Yeah...I can't get hm on the phone. You know Shadow, he's always busy." I heard Rouge say as she put her phone away. Everyone was having such a great time...I decided to join in.
Shadow's POV
"Marathin shal aikenskield okore nithe... Raven shully moria ore-" The dark clouds faded from the ceiling, the thunder stopped and the wind stopped. The screaming souls of victims went back into a gem placed in the middle of a pentagram with candles on the three vertices. All the candles in the room lit back up.
What hell are they doing down there? I cleared the floor. I heard music playing and people screaming...karaoke.
Sonic's POV
After karaoke everyone decided to play soda pong or beer pong, if you have beer. We placed a cup at the end of the table, at the other end I had a ping pong ball. I bounced it on the table...it spun in the air. We all held our breath...it bounced in the cup.
"Yeah!" We cheered.
"Hey boys..." We heard Rouge say. We turned around. She was holding a bottle. "Who ants to play 'Spin the Bottle'?" She asked. They sat down in the living room, we followed them. "Everyone knows the rules?" She asked.
We nodded. "Well, not everyone exactly..." We heard Tails say. He raised his hand along with Charmy.
"Well..." Amy said. "You see, we spin the bottle. If the mouth lands on you, you've gotta kiss the person at the end of the bottle. If you don't want to kiss that person, you have to do something else that the crowd demands." She said. They didn't look very happy with this.
"Okay..." Charmy said. We took the first spin.
