As you fell asleep, you could still feel his arms around you. He wasn't the same guy you had met only a few days ago. The same guy who glared at you if you said the wrong thing. The same guy who would never smile. Now, he's a gentleman. He's changed drastically. You wake up the next morning, both of you still holding each other.
"Good morning, darling. Are you ready for work?" He said as he smiled down at you, moving the loose hairs out of your face. You groaned, remembering the amount of work you had to do that morning. "No..." You laid your forehead on his chest. You could hear his heart beat and it sounded like music to your ears. You smiled to yourself 'This is a dream come true...'
He chuckled, and hugged you closer. You both stayed like that for a little bit before Blade got up to get ready. Blade went back to his house to change into clothes appropriate for work. He comes back to your house 30 minutes later, leaves a few things at your house, before both of you go to work. You walk through the little village, laughing the entire way up to work. It felt like you could fly.
You bump into Natasha, your best friend. Blade goes over to his office and gets started on some work. "So... how's it going?" She gives you that look. The look that tells you 'Spill it.' "Well... we're together now..." She squeals. Your inner teenager comes out. "When's the wedding??? Oh my gosh, I'm gonna be an auntie!!!" You get embarrassed. You know she's right though. "Alright, Natasha, settle down. You got a few years." You laughed a bit.
"I don't understand though... he's so... cold towards everyone? How do you even love him? Does he even love you?" You can see the worry on her face. You smile. "No worries... he's nothing like that." Her face softens a bit.
"He can just be a bit Deceiving."
