𝑻he night was long and looking back, you couldn't exactly say you regretted what you did.
Kissing Kakucho, it felt good, refreshing even. But you also thought it was time to focus on the more important things right now.
It's been weeks since you last spoke to Chiyo on the phone. You missed her. Hopefully the treatment's working.
Tired you decided to get out of bed. You didn't exactly remember how you got back home. A vague image of Kakucho escorting you up in the elevator crossed your mind, but the rest was foggy.
You thought for a second before dialing the same number you did weeks ago. It rang a few times before it went to mailbox.
Great you thought to yourself. She didn't want to talk to you. Chiyo was the only person you could come to when things got bad.
Obviously you didn't tell her absolutely everything since you knew it would only worry her, but the things that just needed to get out you could always trust her.
You missed releasing part of your problems from inside of you. Since you went on that mission to prove yourself to Rindou, sleeping has become a literal task.
You didn't really notice at first because your sleeping schedule is already fucked up on its own, but when you do get some sleep, the nightmares just keep haunting you.
The brown eyes of the man looking into yours, pleading for forgiveness and Rindous laugh echoing on a repeat like a broken record.
It was horrible. But the worst thing is, that it felt good in some way. The pain, the coldness, the anxiety. It made you feel at least some type of emotions, even if they're negative.
It's like the only things you were capable of feeling lately were protectiveness, anxiety, anger, thrill and lust.
But you could work with it, you'd have to or you'd go down in this world. You were a part of Bonten and Bonten was a part of you.
You needed to finally accept that.

"What do you get out of it?"
The tall and lanky man had an amused grin on his face.
"Pure amusement. I get off on that," he laughed. Izana raised an eyebrow.
Not really the answer he expected, but the guy was unpredictable anyways. He comes and goes unexpectedly and he do's what he wants when he wants as long as it's suits him and only him.
The man was a mystery just waiting to be solved and Izana knew that Y/n would be the one solving it.
"Alright. Do your best."
"The best is the only thing I'm capable of," he replied with a smug smile.
They both shook hands before the visitor left, confidence very apparent in his walk.
"What a silly guy," Izana murmured. He was determined to make Mikey pay for everything he went through.
It should completely destroy him and everything and everyone he's involved with. Even if that included ruining Bonten and brining it to it's fall.
He would do it, prove everyone wrong about himself. About Mikey. He will show them the real him.

Bontens executives where exhausted. Did that stop them from working? Absolutely not.
"Get your hangover asses up and start working, now." Mucho was big on decipline, very surprisingly to you.
A round of groans left the group. Still reliving the events of the past night.
"I'm in desperate need of an Ibuprofen," Kakucho whined. He was acting extra annoying today.
The rest looked like in a similar state to Kakucho. Completely hungover, drained of all color in their faces and eyebags the color of the other end of the rainbow.
You wished you could take a picture, but that would probably only get you death threats from each and everyone of them.
That didn't stop you though. You sneakily took a picture of the Bonten top members completely hungover and more dead than alive in their main hall.
What a sight to behold. "We have plans for today. C'mon Kakucho back me up here man." Mucho shot Kakucho a warning glare.
"Sorry, sorry. Right, Mikey gave us a really important task. There's a new drug circulating and it's outperforming everything we have seen yet."
"What does it do?" Sanzu asked curious.
"Don't get too excited druggie," you replied to him.
Sanzu wanted to raise his voice, but a sudden harsh pain to his head made him stop dead in his tracks.
"I think I might also be in need of that Ibuprofen," he muttered after awhile.
"It gives you a high, leaving you very ecstatic and stimulated," Kakucho replied to Sanzu.
"In other words, it makes you horny." Kakucho brought it straight to the point.
"Ran, Y/n and Takeomi.
" Kakucho looked at you while speaking "will be meeting up with the anonymous seller. You guys need to try everything you can to get them to cooperate with us or we're done for.""When? Where?" you asked. "Today evening around 8. You'll meet in one of your casinos. More details on your phones."
With that Kakucho turned around without sparing you another look.
Strange you thought.

It feels like years since I've updated this. My obsession with Tokyo revengers has definitely decreased, but I don't really wanna give up on this story since I have a lot of ideas with it. Also I know the pain when you find an interesting book and read it just to find out the author hasn't updated in months so I'll do my best to update as frequently as I can (which will be like not very often bc of school lmao). Sorry for all the hopes I crushed when I was inactive for so long but I'm getting back now, even if it's a slow comeback. And thank you so much for all the reads and everyone still voting and commenting. I love you all!! <3
